    TURBO INLET HOSE The Revo Turbo Inlet Hose has been designed and engineered to directly replace the stock pipe and elbow found in vehicles with the 1.8 and 2.0 TSI engines with an IHI turbo. The Revo Turbo Inlet Hose offers a high-quality single piece replacement for the OEM parts which allows for smoother uninterrupted airflow, improving the throttle response and performance of your vehicle. KEY FEATURES Increased performance Improves airflow efficiency Constant taper for smoother flow Turbo matched inlets Replaces restrictive stock turbo elbow Engineered for both LHD and RHD fitment OEM PART With ample efficiency for a stock vehicle, the OEM system quickly becomes a choking point for the engine when running Revo Software. With a generously sized airbox, the standard plastic intake hose causes the most amount of restriction; convolutions designed to allow for engine movement disrupt airflow, a small internal diameter limits the volume of air and a sharp reduction in hose diameter at the turbo causes turbulence.   TURBO INLET The Revo machined inlet replaces the restrictive elbow found on the IS20/IS38 turbos. The machined billet aluminium inlet securely fits the OE unit using locking tabs and integrated O-rings. With almost double the cross-sectional area compared to other available products, air can stabilise and distribute before a smooth tapered transition to the turbo. Removing the internal steps between components further ensures uninterrupted airflow and removes any unnecessary turbulence.   SILICONE HOSE DESIGN The Revo Turbo Hose as an increased inner diameter that gradually tapers from airbox to turbo to optimise airflow, while maintaining the tolerances required to fit both LHD and RHD vehicles with a standard airbox. Designed to directly replace the plastic hose and turbo elbow, this upgrade reduces restriction and maximises smooth airflow improving both power and torque throughout the rev range.   A four-ply construction with an internal wire helix increases strength to prevent collapsing under pressure. Internal steps flush fit against the stock airbox and the machined inlet, creating a smooth transition between components ensuring the smoothest airflow possible to the turbo. A machined bung is integrated into the hose, connecting the stock PCV system vacuum.       RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT All Revo products are designed in-house and are rigorously tested. The Revo Turbo Inlet Hose allows the Stock IS38 turbo to run more efficiently, intake a larger volume of air and minimise turbulence.     Racingline Performance DSG Oil Cooler System for MQB DQ250 (6 Speed Only) Part number: VWR29G7250 It’s not just your engine oil that you need to protect. Your DSG gearbox is susceptible to overheating. And the higher your power, the harder you drive, the more important it is to protect it. Under hard driving, the factory DSG oil/water cooler is easily overwhelmed. Problems start to occur when oil cannot dissipate its collected heat fast enough and the oil begins to thin and degrade – losing its lubrication properties. When this happens, the DSG will protect itself and begin to lower the torque, increase shift times and in extreme circumstances even loose gear selection. The RacingLine kit solves this problem: by adding in an additional air/oil cooler positioned right in the airflow at the front of the car, oil temperatures are reduced by around 15  – 20   degrees centigrade (of course dependant on how the car is being used, ambient temps and state of tune). The kit uses a clever design which retains the factory oil/water cooling and adds to it with the thermostatically-controlled front-mounted cooler – doubling up your cooling capability when it’s needed with less heat transfer into the water system. Only when the oil exceeds normal temperatures, the thermostat opens. Oil temperature then drops significantly as it is pumped through the densely packed fins of the 10-row cooler’s large surface area mounted right in the cool airflow. The intake uses an oversize domed High-Flow TriFoam™ air filter designed to provide increased surface area and dust capacity. This extra surface area provides even more airflow with lower restriction, to ensure that the largest volumes of the coolest possible air is available to the engine at all times. This maximizes efficiency and improves driveability and torque throughout the rev range – turbocharger spool dropped nearly 500 RPMs, reducing turbo lag and creating faster turbo response. The friction surface features crescent groves designed to increase bite and remove debris from the pad surface giving the perfect balance between brake feel and longevity. The discs feature internal cooling vanes that draw air from the center of the disc outward to maximise heat dissipation and minimise heat transfer to the calipers, pads, and brake fluid, which plays an all important part in providing consistent stopping power for your vehicle. BRAKE PADS We supply our brake kit with Ferodo DS Performance Pads that offer a consistent pedal feel and fantastic braking performance both from cold and when hot. Combined with low wheel dusting, minimal noise characteristics, and low disc and pad wear rates this is the ideal pad compound for general road and track driving. BRAKE LINES Our brake kit is supplied with stainless lines; consisting of a PTFE inner and stainless steel braided outer to eliminate the spongy feel of original rubber hoses, provide superior resistance to corrosion, and offer consistent braking performance. BRAKE FLUID Our brakes are supplied with Motul Dot 5.1 brake fluid; specifically designed for brakes systems with ABS. This is a long life synthetic brake fluid with superior boiling point qualities to conventional Dot 3 and 4 spec. fluids.
