The resonated cat back system has an increased sound level of +8.3db, for those looking for the most vibrant sound the de-cat non resonated turbo back system increases sound levels by +14.1db recording 93.1db during the stationary 4,000rpm sound test. Our sports exhaust systems for the Corsa E VXR are now available in a range of configurations to suit your chosen looks and sound. We have created a series of direct fit systems to cater for the many tastes and requirements of the end user. The new systems are all manufactured in 3" (76.2mm) T304 stainless steel with mandrel bent pipework and are available in both cat back and full turbo back exhaust configurations with a choice of either a high flow sports catalyst or de-cat front section. The resonated cat back exhaust system gives an impressive 22% weight saving over the OEM system weighing in at only 21.04kg. To complement the aggressive styling of the Corsa E VXR, our stainless steel exhausts are finished in a choice of 4" tailpipes in a range of slash cut styles including our new 'Blackout' ceramic coated tailpipe option.

Press Release Cobra Sport have expanded on their range of performance exhausts for the Corsa E VXR by creating a Venom exhaust system which features simplified rear pipework for the ultimate improvements in both sound and performance. The OE system has been replaced with mandrel bent 3"/76.2mm bore T304 stainless steel pipework. The exhaust is manufactured in Sheffield utilising superior TIG welding techniques with beautifully bent pipework in place of the usual rear box to smooth gas flow, improve sound and maximise possible performance gains. The simplified pipework of the Venom system which removes the usual rear box has been designed to create an unrivalled deep sporty sound which will set the Corsa E VXR ahead of the crowd. Sound testing of the finished Venom cat back exhaust system recorded an impressive 89.8dB (+11dB) on the sound meter during the 4000rpm circuit test with a sound track which becomes highly aggressive under load. As with the other Corsa E VXR exhaust systems in the Cobra Sport performance exhaust range, the Venom system is finished with a pair of 4" (101.6mm) tailpipes in a polished stainless steel or black ceramic coated finish which have been designed to subtly fit within the Corsa VXR's rear diffuser. The exhaust system is manufactured with 3"/76.2mm pipework which splits to two 2.5"/63.5mm arms at the rear. The intricate pipework bends and resonated centre section of the Venom exhaust system maintain the necessary back pressure within the system.
