As part of our expanding Fiesta Mk8 ST product range, AIRTEC Motorsport are proud to launch our enlarged hot side suitable for track or fast road use. A direct replacement part that gives increases in response and sound by eliminating the internal sound suppressors built into the original boost pipe from the turbo. Ford fit these suppressors to reduce noise and resonation but by replacing the pipe for one without the baffled internals, flow and internal capacity is improved, as well as noise. This increases throttle response and heightens the soundtrack from within the car. Made from high quality aluminium, the pipe also offers a 43% increase in size, maintaining a constant 57mm internal diameter throughout, compared to the 40mm of the standard item, and features a design with less bends and restrictions. It also features a powder-coated black finish for a subtle OEM+ look. The comprehensive package includes a Pro Hoses silicone connector and all fixtures and fittings, which makes installation a simple task. An alloy and silicone replacement boost pipe kit for the Megane 225/230. The silicone couplers are available in a choice of red, blue, or black. Please note: In order to install this kit you will also require the hose with a  "T" piece connection (FMRMBHT) if you have a blow off valve connection or if you do not have a blow off valve, you will need a straight hose (FMRMBHS). These items must be ordered in addition to this kit. Please see the related items below. We are selling this kit in this way as many owners already have the blow off valve hose if they have a valve installed, or already have the straight hose if they have fitted a boost hose kit. In this hard pipe kit, the hoses and associated pipework are of 51mm diameter. This free flowing single piece CNC mandrel bent pipe is a direct replacement for the OEM plastic intake pipe and restrictive resonator. These parts have been developed at our UK HQ in Gloucester. This high flow intake pipe can be used with the OEM air box or alternatively with the full Forge intake system (FMINDF56). The intake pipe features CNC machined outlets therefore, any OEM plug-in parts (i.e. blow by heater and vacuum take off) are a no-hassle direct fit. Designed as a direct replacement for the brittle OEM plastic boost pipes used on the Mini F56 JCW models. Manufactured in Aluminium tube with CNC machined couplers and smoothed formed mandrel bent aluminium single piece pipe work with hand TIG welded couplers providing an unrestricted internal flow.
