VIS Motorsport HPFP Internals - 2.0T FSI EA113 Modification of the 2.0T-FSI EA113 to Stage 2+ or above required additional volume of high-pressure fuel in order to eliminate 'fuel cut', especially in the mid-range. The limitation of how much volume of fuel the high pressure pump can flow is dependent upon the volume displaced by the pressurizing cylinder inside the pump.This upgrade replaces the internal parts that are responsible for pressure and volume of fuel that reaches your injectors to meet the demands that come with higher power levels.Tolerances involved, the final surface finish on the piston inside the fuel pump is so critical that it can be damaged by touching them with bare hands.The tolerances between the piston and the new sleeve the piston rides in can only be measured by a machine which uses air volumes to measure the part clearances to within microscopic levels.Features: Piston has 55% more area over the OEM Piston head optimized for ideal fuel flow direction Piston surface hardened and heat treated in 3 different stages Uses OEM-style spring keeper, not a higher rated one that will prematurely wear the cam follower Get the most out of the direct injection fuelling system on your 2.0T FSI. Not only does the upgrade increase the amount of fuel your high pressure fuel pump can deliver but it will also decrease the duty cycle of the N276 solenoid on your pump. Cobra Sport Review Cobra Sport have expanded their exhaust range for the Audi A3 through the addition of a cat back exhaust systems for the powerful 3.2 litre V6 Quattro. The 3.2 Quattro has proven to be a popular choice for owners looking for strong performance and the enviable V6 sound. Cobra Sport were keen to make the most of the beautiful tone produced by the 3.2 engine. The decision was made to manufacture the system with 3" mandrel bent T304 stainless steel pipework to allow for maximum gas flow and to deepen the exhaust tone. The completed systems produce a beautiful pitch perfect tone you would expect from the 3.2 engine. During the 4,000 rpm static test the resonated cat back system increased by 8db to register 88.1db on the sound meter. The Cobra Sport systems also offer an impressive 32% weight saving over the standard system weighing in at only 10.94kg.
