Boasting a forged monoblock caliper, designed by us from the ground up using the latest FEA Technology we think it’s easily the most dramatic big brake kit on the market – but more importantly it performs like no other. With incredibly stiff monoblock construction, and the highest burst-pressure test ever recorded by Racingline’s development team, it’s no wonder that record 100kph-0 times are being produced. The Racingline Stage 3 Forged Monoblock Brake Kit moves braking technology to a level above anything seen before in this market.The design vision was made possible by an advanced 5-axis CNC manufacturing techniques to give this kit more in common with top-level motorsport components than typical aftermarket parts. The result is a combination of ultimate track performance with lightness, stiffness and beautiful attention to detail.Each lightweight forged Monoblock caliper is a one-piece construction that starts out from an ultra-strong forged billet. Rather than two halves bolted together, our design takes a complex 5-axis CNC machining procedure to build, usually reserved only for the highest-specification motorsport kits.The result is a 6-piston caliper that is both stiffer and lighter than any other, combined with exceptional cooling characteristics and stunning detailing. Despite the size of these calipers, they weigh in significantly under the mass of the factory ones. The caliper, pads and bracket assembly together weigh 5.3kg (11.7lb) vs 8.6kg (18.9lb) for the factory Golf 7R / S3 equivalent.The kit includes 380mm fully-floating ‘triple-grove’ two-piece discs giving vastly greater heat capacity, so reducing the effect of fade.     Revo Torque MountMore power results in more movement during aggressive acceleration. The stock torque mount is designed to offer comfort over performance and does not manage engine movement effectively. Designed to significantly reduce the loss of torque and drastically improve traction and acceleration, the Revo Torque mount has little to no effect on vibration and harshness levels (NVH) felt in the cabin. Key Features Dramatically reduce drivetrain movement Improved acceleration and torque Simple and easy to install with tool included Doesn't require sub-frame removal for installation Arguably the most vital engine mount upgrade to consider, testing highlighted that the engines stock lower torque mount allowed a substantial amount of engine movement to occur. Although some improvements were noted during testing of an insert style upgrade designed to stiffen the standard mount, there was a significant increase in NVH felt in the cabin. This was dramatically reduced when completely replaced with the Revo polyurethane torque mount and also improved acceleration. Fitting Kit A Revo installation tool is included to make removal of the OEM mount and installation of the replacement as quick and easy as possible. This allows the OEM part to be removed and the Revo part to be installed without removing the sub-frame, reducing installation time and the need for axle re-alignment. OEM Comfort, Aftermarket Performance To achieve the optimal balance between performance and comfort, several different durometer bushings were tested on a Volkswagen Golf Mk7 GTI. Bushings were systematically tested at precise increments at each mount location. A 3-axis accelerometer was used to quantify the NVH levels being transmitted into the cabin, as well as the acceleration of the drivetrain during loading. Accelerometer data gave us a way to compare mount combinations against each other with a low data error percentage and to quantify driver comfort as well as engine movement. Supplemental data was taken from VCDS to ensure each individual test was standardised over a given throttle, RPM and speed range. The graph shows the amount of vibration measured whilst driving through the gears. For the fore and aft shifter linkage cable end, determine if the shape is rectangular or round. For the side to side shifter linkage determine if the relay material is made of metal or plastic. Designed for the MQB 1.8/2.0 TSI EA888 Gen3 Engine, this upgrade is available for multiple models including VW Golf, Audi TT, A3, S3, SEAT Leon, Skoda Superb and Octavia. Featuring larger internal diameters, fewer restrictions for smoother airflow, and optimised routing, the turbo meets less resistance and can perform more effectively. A multitude of design features and attention to detail that Only Revo offer means this a product that not only looks great but more importantly performs. Reinforced, oil-resistant silicone hoses, lightweight mandrel-bent aluminium pipework and flush fit joints to eliminate turbulence, the Revo Intercooler Pipe upgrade is designed to fit either the stock or Revo Intercooler. Larger charge air volume in the system means reduced flow resistance, allowing the turbo to expend more energy on air compression and less energy overcoming restrictions; resulting in more power. CHARGE PIPE DESIGN The Revo charge pipe is a smooth mandrel-bent aluminium pipe, coupled with a custom tapered silicone hose to gradually transition to a larger diameter from the turbo outlet to the hard pipe. The charge pipe is designed to directly replace the OEM part utilising optimised pipe routing and a unique constant-diameter design. This eliminates restrictions, including dents found on the stock charge pipe while allowing enough clearance from engine parts, increasing performance without compromising fitment.   THROTTLE PIPE DESIGN The Revo throttle pipe increases airflow by replacing the stock part with an increased diameter, mandrel-bent aluminium hard pipe and reinforced oil resistant silicone hose. The hose connection is ID-matched to promote laminar, uniform flow across the transition of parts, as well as being slightly longer for ease of installation.   ROBUST DESIGN Only Revo scrutinises every detail of the existing system to ensure a quality replacement product for your vehicle. Alongside impressive performance benefits, this kit has several OE mounting points for stock wiring and hoses, a water-methanol installation bung and is finished in black with a laser-etched Revo logo.   RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT All Revo products are designed in-house using the latest 3D printing technology, CAD and CFD software. Every product is rigorously tested utilising an in-house Hub dyno and Revo data acquisition software.     Turbo Inlet Hose The Revo Turbo Inlet Hose has been designed and engineered to directly replace the stock pipe and elbow found in vehicles with the 1.8 and 2.0 TSI engines with an IHI turbo. The Revo Turbo Inlet Hose offers a high-quality single piece replacement for the OEM parts which allows for smoother uninterrupted air flow, improving the throttle response and performance of your vehicle. With a generously sized air box, the standard plastic intake hose causes the most amount of restriction; convolutions designed to allow for engine movement disrupt airflow, a small internal diameter limits the volume of air and a sharp reduction in hose diameter at the turbo causes turbulence. Turbo Inlet The Revo machined inlet replaces the restrictive elbow found on the IS20/IS38 turbos. The machined billet aluminium inlet securely fits to the OE unit using locking tabs and integrated O-rings. With almost double the cross-sectional area compared to other available products, air can stabilise and distribute before a smooth tapered transition to the turbo. Removing the internal steps between components further ensures uninterrupted airflow and removes any unnecessary turbulence. Silicone Hose Design The Revo Turbo Hose as an increased inner diameter that gradually tapers from air box to turbo to optimise airflow, while maintaining the tolerances required to fit both LHD and RHD vehicles with a standard air box. Designed to directly replace the plastic hose and turbo elbow, this upgrade reduces restriction and maximises smooth airflow improving both power and torque throughout the rev range. A four-ply construction with an internal wire helix increases strength to prevent collapsing under pressure. Internal steps flush fit against the stock air box and the machined inlet, creating a smooth transition between components ensuring the smoothest airflow possible to the turbo. A machined bung is integrated in to the hose, connecting the stock PCV system vacuum. Research and Development All Revo products are designed in-house and are rigorously tested. The Revo Turbo Inlet Hose allows the Stock IS38 turbo to run more efficiently, intake a larger volume of air and minimise turbulence. This increases power and torque, especially at the top end of the rev range as highlighted during controlled Dyno testing.
