Shipping Information
We know how exciting it can be waiting for a parcel! We've put together a little Guide so you can get a general idea on how long you'll be waiting.
This guide is for UK Customers only, as Oversees shipping is entirely dependent on the destination country.
Any order will receive a consignment number which you will receive Via email once dispatched - This consignment number can be used to track your parcel! Please refer to this before making contact with ourselves to chase up on the status of your shipment!
Couriers we use:
- UPS (Main for Parcels)
- Royal Mail (Main for small parcels)
- DHL (Main for overseas / N.Ireland / Upper Scotland & Islands etc)
- TNT & FedEx
The table below applies to orders placed before 13:00 UK time - Any orders placed after 13:00 the process will begin from the next working day.
Please use an element of common sense when using the table below:
- During busy periods, All orders may not be processed within our advertised dispatch times
- Festive Periods, Global Pandemics and catastrophes can affect shipping timescales
- If items aren't in stock they cant be shipped, thus rendering the below table useless. We will generally notify if this is the case!
- If an item is "Drop Shipped" from supplier, their shipping timescales may differ from ours
Installation Bookings & Deposits:
CEUK Strongly advises against not booking your vehicle in for fitting until the item you have ordered is physically in your hands, and has been checked for the correct item and / or damage / defects by yourself.
This is due to a number of factors, some (but not all) of which are detailed below - All of which are highly unlikely - but also very possible!:
- The item may arrive damaged by the courier
- The item may be delayed in transit by the courier
- The item may be lost in transit by the courier
- Our dispatch and packing team may miss parts from the order
- Our dispatch and packing team may send the incorrect item
If any of the above occurs, Rectification will be needed which can then add delays to you receiving the correct / undamaged item - And if you have already made a booking for installation you may need to cancel this.
Deposits:
Any deposits lost as a result of a cancelled booking due to an issue are not covered by CEUK - As we have advised above not to book anything in until you have received and checked the item, Lost deposits would be your responsibility!
Attempted installation:
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect and you or a garage attempt to install this anyway, Any damage caused to the item may be deductable / chargeable.

Pricing:
The pricing charged at checkout is a calculation based on expected costs, There may be occasions where the price of shipping is heightened by the courier, this can be based on general inflation or location within the country (EG Some AB Postcodes cost more to ship as well as islands and UK territories)
We will try our best to absorb the costs wherever possible, however we may have to request the additional cost to cover the shipping on some occasions. Generally, we would expect you to be aware of this based on the area you live (EG Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & other UK Islands and distant locations)
