Due to the large size of Maxton Design items, it is extremely expensive—and sometimes impossible—for the general public to return an item cost-effectively. We want to make it as easy as possible to ensure you order the correct item the first time around!

By clicking "I Confirm The Part is Correct and agree with the terms" on the product page, you are agreeing that you have reviewed the product fitment guide in the description, as well as compared the photos of the vehicle in our listing with your own vehicle to ensure the product is correct for your vehicle.
If you order the incorrect part, or the part you order does not fit your vehicle due to differences in make, model, trim level, or appearance from the vehicle depicted or described on our product page, the return cost of your item will need to be covered by you.
Example:
Your vehicle is a 2017 Golf MK7 GTI, but you order a part described as fitting a 2017 MK7 Golf R. As a result, the part does not fit. The return cost would need to be paid by you, as the item is listed correctly and the mistake is on the buyer's part.
Please note: This does not apply when an item is dispatched incorrectly or advertised as fitting your vehicle but arrives incorrectly.
Maxton Design has a specific return policy, which is mirrored by CEUK and detailed below.
CEUK / Maxton Design are not responsible for the cost of a return. We will also not refund the cost of shipping the item to you.
Your return may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee if:

The protective film is tampered with,

The fitting kit is missing

The item does not arrive back in the original packaging and box.
Any return that exceeds 28 days from the date of delivery will be refused. You must have notified us of your intent to return before Day 14, and the item must arrive back with us on or before Day 28.
The item can be removed from the box and the clear bag. However, the Maxton film applied to the surface of the product must not have been peeled or removed in any way. The item must be returned to us inside the clear bag and in the original Maxton Design box.
Please include the order ID in the box (we can provide this if you have lost it).
Please note that a restocking fee of 20% is chargeable upon the return of an item.
The original delivery charge will not be refunded for businesses or consumers.
Most of our items come with a fitting kit and manual. Failing to return these will incur an additional £10 charge.
Any return received after 28 days will not be accepted. If the product is sent regardless, the customer must arrange collection from our store within 7 days to have the item returned.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days from the date of arrival.
All clearance items are exempt from returns. By purchasing a clearance item, you agree that it cannot be returned.
