An alloy and silicone replacement boost pipe kit for the Megane 225/230. The silicone couplers are available in a choice of red, blue, or black. Please note: In order to install this kit you will also require the hose with a  "T" piece connection (FMRMBHT) if you have a blow off valve connection or if you do not have a blow off valve, you will need a straight hose (FMRMBHS). This free flowing single piece CNC mandrel bent pipe is a direct replacement for the OEM plastic intake pipe and restrictive resonator. These parts have been developed at our UK HQ in Gloucester. This high flow intake pipe can be used with the OEM air box or alternatively with the full Forge intake system (FMINDF56). The intake pipe features CNC machined outlets therefore, any OEM plug-in parts (i.e. blow by heater and vacuum take off) are a no-hassle direct fit. I can count at least three places to impede airflow on the stock F56; up pipe, downpipe, mid-pipe, and exhaust. The Forge Motorsport high flow intake pipe for the Audi RS3 8V face lift and TTRS 8S, eliminates the highly restrictive plastic inlet pipe by increasing the inlet bore diameter from 70mm to 89mm outer diameter. This alloy non-resonated boost hard pipe replaces the turbo resonated turbo outlet pipe (runs from the turbo down the left hand side of the engine) on the 1.8T 225 hp engines, as found in the Audi TT S3 225 hp (8N), SEAT Leon Cupra R (uses original mounting brackets) The removal of the noise reasonator allows unobstructed flow on the discharge, or boost side of the turbo. We have also modified the “dent” in the underside of the pipe that allows it to clear the cam cover and made it as shallow as possible, to just allow the pipe to fit, but not overdone as to impede airflow. These combined modifications give quicker spool up of the turbo and effectively reduces the load placed upon it. Boost Pipe for BMW 135 F20   -   Many of you will already be aware that the original plastic charge pipe is a real weak link on the N55, and over the last 6 months we have received many requests after the charge pipes fail. This will NOT work with the OEM intercooler. This product will only work with aftermarket intercoolers with an outlet size of 63-67mm (Cold Side). It works flawlessly with the Forge intercooler FMINT15. After already developing many performance upgrades for the Hyundai I30N & Veloster N the Forge Motorsport engineers have found another area for improvement of Hyundai’s Hot hatch. This time it is the boost pipe which runs from the outlet of the intercooler to the intake manifold. When looking at the OE hose it was clear to see there was room for improvement so after a lot of testing, we settled on a 70mm outer diameter mandrel bent alloy hard pipe and silicone joiners. Alloy billet CNC machine bosses are used, so that all original attachments fit perfectly. When compared to the OE hose the improvements are clear to see, the inlet bore diameter has now been increased from 51mm to 70mm outer diameter. The increase in diameter of the Forge pipe work allows for a greater air flow which in turn maximises the volume of air being forced into the engine. This has the benefit of improving both performance and efficiency especially on vehicles running after market software. This is a must have product for anyone trying to achieve the maximum performance from their I30N/Veloster N. We have also incorporated a 2 x 1/8th" water meth/nitrous boss into the design for tuners to keep inlet air temperatures on the safer side while pushing the 2.0 Hyundai engine to its limits and aiding the option for a maximum power output. Why not add gold tape to the alloy pipe to further reflect any heat soak from the engine and keep inlet charge temperatures as low as possible. The Gold tape comes on a 5metre roll allowing you to apply it to your Forge Motorsport product. Supplied with a durable black powder coated finish or Raw aluminium.
