As part of our expanding Mk4 Focus platform product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our big boost pipe kit for the ST suitable for track or fast road use. Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’ve created a comprehensive solution to improving the car’s original pipework to allow more flow and capacity whilst reducing restriction and improving response. Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’ve created a comprehensive solution to improving the car’s original pipework to allow more flow and capacity whilst reducing restriction and improving response. The comprehensive 11-piece kit features three pipes constructed from lightweight aluminium for improved strength so they will not fail with higher boost pressure, six Pro Hoses silicone joiners as well as two CNC-machined connectors to make fitting as simplistic as possible. On the hot side coming from the turbo, the original pipework is 55mm and features an indented section which restricts flow, where as our enlarged replacement kit features a 60mm internal diameter from start to finish with no restrictions. For the cold side to the throttle body, the original pipework begins at 55mm and tapers to 63mm in diameter, but out replacement features a 63mm internal diameter throughout, increasing both flow and capacity. The kit requires no additional drilling or cutting to fit and comes complete with all the correct fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed instructions. A must have for any modified Mk4 ST to help the improve the boost pipework’s flow and efficiency. The internal dimeter of the new Pro Hoses silicone hose measures 70mm from start to finish, offering uninterrupted flow throughout, compared to other enlarged elbow pipes on the market and is a vast improvement over Ford’s restrictive design. This solution also fits in place using a two-piece threaded adapter, which bolts to the flange as usual and then allows the new enlarged inlet pipe to easily tighten into place. An alloy and silicone replacement boost pipe kit for the Megane 225/230. The silicone couplers are available in a choice of red, blue, or black. Please note: In order to install this kit you will also require the hose with a  "T" piece connection (FMRMBHT) if you have a blow off valve connection or if you do not have a blow off valve, you will need a straight hose (FMRMBHS). These items must be ordered in addition to this kit. Please see the related items below. We are selling this kit in this way as many owners already have the blow off valve hose if they have a valve installed, or already have the straight hose if they have fitted a boost hose kit. In this hard pipe kit, the hoses and associated pipework are of 51mm diameter.
