ECS Tuning's Dogbone Mount Bushing Kit addresses the issues complicit in the soft, stock, aging rubber mount with harder, 70A durometer polyurethane bushings.
The design holds the drivetrain steady, even during hard acceleration, reducing wheel hop, maintaining positive shifter feel, and eliminating clunking or vibrations associated with loose and worn mounts.
The complete kit includes mounting hardware and installs with common hand tools.
Factory torque specifications for the Dogbone mount are as follows:
- Bolts to transmission - 37 ft-lbs (50 Nm)
- Bolts to subframe - 18 ft-lbs (25 Nm)
**Please note: Do not expose polyurethane bushings to engine coolant. Ethylene Glycol is known to degrade this material. If exposed promptly wipe away ALL traces of engine coolant.**
