Racingline Adjustable Drop Links Our Adjustable Drop Links are an essential upgrade to any lowered or performance car. If you’ve lowered your car, our Adjustable Drop Links are an essential upgrade to zero the pre-load on your anti-roll bar geometry, plus add stiffness and precision by replacing the stock rubber joints with ball joints. The drop link attaches the front anti roll bar ends to the front damper.  The OEM links were made the length they are for a reason – to compliment the standard ride height. But when you lower ride height, the car will now be pulling your anti roll bar ends up, pushing it out of its operating window, and forcing the link to sit at a sharper angle. Solid, motorsport-spec ball joint ends mean much more direct response when turning in to corners. These links were developed for our race cars to allow the anti roll bar to work the way it should. Adjusting the height of droplinks to the equivalent of the lowering amount is a must. Available in two lengths: 250mm for cars running standard ride height or with lowering springs. Or, 250mm length for cars running lower than this. Replacement Cotton Filter for the RacingLine R600 The less hassle alternative to Racingline’ Cotton Filter. How does it perform? Foam filters are still the optimum performance for performance, marginally. As the cotton surface becomes slowly contaminated it will start to restrict flow slightly but continue to function well for long periods of time compared to it’s form counterpart which requires cleaning and oiling before eventually deteriorating. Please note, this is a direct replacement filter for the RacingLine R600 Intake Kit, not compatible with the stock airbox. Racingline MQB VW Golf ‘R’/GTI & Cupra Oil Cooler Racingline’s Oil Cooler kit is a complete ready to install package.  An essential for any hard-driven Golf Mk7 GTI or ‘R’ running high power levels, hot climates or on the track. Of course, adding power generates more heat to disperse. Significantly increased oil temperatures mean only one thing: a decrease in the ability for your engine to stay properly lubricated.The new Racingline kit solves this problem: by adding in an additional air to oil cooler positioned right in the airflow in front of the car, oil temperatures are reduced by around 15-20ºc (of course this varies dependent on factors such as how the car is being driven, ambient temperatures and state of tune). Unlike many oil cooler kits, this keeps the factory Oil to Water cooler in position – effectively doubling up on your cooling. The intake uses an oversize domed High-Flow TriFoam™ air filter designed to provide increased surface area and dust capacity. This extra surface area provides even more airflow with lower restriction, to ensure that the largest volumes of the coolest possible air is available to the engine at all times. Racingline Performance DSG Oil Cooler System for MQB DQ250 (6 Speed Only) Part number: VWR29G7250 It’s not just your engine oil that you need to protect. Your DSG gearbox is susceptible to overheating. And the higher your power, the harder you drive, the more important it is to protect it. Under hard driving, the factory DSG oil/water cooler is easily overwhelmed. Problems start to occur when oil cannot dissipate its collected heat fast enough and the oil begins to thin and degrade – losing its lubrication properties. When this happens, the DSG will protect itself and begin to lower the torque, increase shift times and in extreme circumstances even loose gear selection. The RacingLine kit solves this problem: by adding in an additional air/oil cooler positioned right in the airflow at the front of the car, oil temperatures are reduced by around 15  – 20   degrees centigrade (of course dependant on how the car is being used, ambient temps and state of tune). The kit uses a clever design which retains the factory oil/water cooling and adds to it with the thermostatically-controlled front-mounted cooler – doubling up your cooling capability when it’s needed with less heat transfer into the water system. Only when the oil exceeds normal temperatures, the thermostat opens. Oil temperature then drops significantly as it is pumped through the densely packed fins of the 10-row cooler’s large surface area mounted right in the cool airflow.
