Racingline Wheel Stud & Nut Kit - M14x1.50Remove and install your wheels at the track all the time? Then you’ll know how frustrating the factory wheel bolts can be. Lining up the bolt holes, bashing the wheel against your beautiful brakes calipers, then cross-threading the bolts at the same time. All while balancing the weight of the wheel. Our Stud & Nut kit gives a stronger fixing method than using the original wheel bolts. Plus they’re a much quicker method to swap wheels for motorsport / track use as well. • Racingline Performance Lower Engine Mount - Car Enhancements UK

Racingline Racingline Performance Lower Engine Mount

Racingline Performance - Subframe Torque Link MountFits MQB Vehicles with Steel Subframes only and Manual or 6-Sp DSG DQ250 GearboxNot suitable for MQB Vehicles with Alloy Subframe, or 7-Sp DQ381 Gearbox To harness your power increases, and transfer that power to the road or track where you need it, Racingline Performance Engine Mounts will give a much more solid drive, and crucially give additional durability. The Racingline Performance Engine Mounts are certainly not one of the most exciting or visual modifications that you can do to your car! But they are truly one of the most worthwhile for anyone who appreciates the driving dynamics of their car. Almost everyone who tries these mounts on a Golf or Scirocco wants them. WHAT DO THE ENGINE MOUNTS DO?The whole engine and gearbox is located in only three places. One at engine-side plus another at the end of the gearbox which support the weight of the whole drivetrain, plus a third torque arm underneath the engine to contain the fore-aft movement (often called the pendulum or dog-bone mount). The standard car uses very compliant rubber in these mounts to give a soft take-up of power and isolate the cabin from drivetrain noise. For a daily driven standard car, these bushings do a good job of keeping cabin vibration to a minimum. But when you ask more of these mounts, with higher power or hard driving, the flex in the bushes becomes very noticeable. This gives a slightly loose feeling to the drivetrain and an increased chance of wheel-hop under hard acceleration as the whole engine and 'box assembly judders. If your car produces high power, or has covered quite a few road miles, or is driven hard, the softness of these three standard rubber mounts allows more and more movement as you come on and off the power. With worn mounts, we have even seen failures of the exhaust manifold and driveshafts as the whole drivetrain shifts around under load. WHAT DIFFERENCE DO THE Racingline Performance MOUNTS MAKE?The Racingline Performance engine mounts stiffen the whole location of the drivetrain greatly to give a much crisper feeling to your car. This means no more jerky behaviour on and off the throttle or when you change gear, and all-but eliminates 'wheel hop' off the line. Of course, a bit more noise from the drivetrain comes into the cabin, but most keen drivers love the sense that they are more 'connected' to their car. As opposed to some aftermarket 'push in' bushes which crudely fill the voids in the factory mounts, the Volkswagen units are completely redesigned replacement mount assemblies. We specify a stiff urethane of 75A durometer which allows some movement within the mounts, and filters much of the drivetrain's vibration but with a design that very significantly reduces the movement on each. For most road cars, we'd recommend the lower engine mount on its own, leaving the two upper mounts standard. This makes a huge difference to how the car drives, and is a pretty minimal difference to the cabin refinement. The lower engine mount on its own is one of our most popular upgrades for Golfs and Sciroccos. For more heavily modified, track and motorsport cars, all three mounts should be upgraded.

  • Racingline Performance Front Adjustable Drop Links - Car Enhancements UK

Racingline Racingline Performance Front Adjustable Drop Links

Racingline Performance Front Adjustable Drop LinksRace Proven for your Road Car - The Racingline adjustable drop links are an essential upgrade to any lowered or performance car. If you've lowered your car, Racingline's Adjustable Drop Links are an essential upgrade to zero the pre-load on your anti-roll bar geometry, plus add stiffness and precision by replacing the stock rubber joints with ball joints. The drop link attaches the front anti roll bar ends to the front damper. The OEM links were made the length they are for a reason - to compliment the standard ride height. But when you lower ride height, the car will now be pulling your anti roll bar ends up, pushing it out of its operating window, and forcing the link to sit at a sharper angle.Solid, motorsport-spec ball joint ends mean much more direct response when turning in to corners. These links were developed for the VW Cup race cars to allow the anti roll bar to work the way it should. Adjusting the height of droplinks to the equivalent of the lowering amount is a must.Available in two lengths:- 250mm for cars running standard ride height or with lowering springs or a reasonable drop on coilovers.- 200mm length for cars custom suspension setups on the track.

  • Racingline Performance DSG Oil Cooler System for MQB DQ250 (6 Speed Only) – VWR29G7250 - Car Enhancements UK

Racingline Racingline Performance DSG Oil Cooler System for MQB DQ250 (6 Speed Only) – VWR29G7250

Racingline Performance DSG Oil Cooler System for MQB DQ250 (6 Speed Only) Part number: VWR29G7250 It’s not just your engine oil that you need to protect. Your DSG gearbox is susceptible to overheating. And the higher your power, the harder you drive, the more important it is to protect it. Under hard driving, the factory DSG oil/water cooler is easily overwhelmed. Problems start to occur when oil cannot dissipate its collected heat fast enough and the oil begins to thin and degrade – losing its lubrication properties. When this happens, the DSG will protect itself and begin to lower the torque, increase shift times and in extreme circumstances even loose gear selection. The RacingLine kit solves this problem: by adding in an additional air/oil cooler positioned right in the airflow at the front of the car, oil temperatures are reduced by around 15  – 20   degrees centigrade (of course dependant on how the car is being used, ambient temps and state of tune). The kit uses a clever design which retains the factory oil/water cooling and adds to it with the thermostatically-controlled front-mounted cooler – doubling up your cooling capability when it’s needed with less heat transfer into the water system. Only when the oil exceeds normal temperatures, the thermostat opens. Oil temperature then drops significantly as it is pumped through the densely packed fins of the 10-row cooler’s large surface area mounted right in the cool airflow. What’s included in the kit Oil cooler mounting brackets AN10 210 series Nylon braided feed and return line Billet CNC thermostatic adaptor block Replacement, low-profile oil/water cooler AN10 10-row oil/air cooler core Fitting kit containing all necessary nuts, bolts, washers and rubber mounting bobbins The kit for all MQB cars comes supplied with two bracket kits. One kit is for Audi S3 models, the other is for all Golf 7 and other MQB models. Mounting for the bracket set requires drilling bolt holes through the front crash bar.   Why fit a DSG Cooler Kit? Our unique DSG Oil Cooler Kit is an essential fit for any hard-driven MQB 2.0 TSI car running high power levels or in hot climates. It’s a complete ready to install package, using a clever sandwich plate design for straightforward and completely reliable installation. Transferring more power and torque through the DSG gearbox generates ever more heat to dissipate.  Significantly increased oil temperatures means only one thing: a decrease in the ability for your DSG box to stay properly cooled, eventually causing power drop and gear selection issues. • Racingline Spring and Damper Kit – Golf Mk7 GTI & GTD - Car Enhancements UK

Racingline Racingline Spring and Damper Kit – Golf Mk7 GTI & GTD

Golf Mk7 GTI & GTD Spring and Damper Kit Give your MQB-platform car a whole new lease of life with our Sport Suspension upgrade. We’ve struck a ride & handling balance that matches the very best thoroughbred German performance cars – tight, perfectly controlled yet unmistakably sporty. What Do They Do? Many experts consider suspension development to be as much an art as a science.  In truth, it’s a bit of both. When it comes to a matched set of Performance Sport Dampers and Sport Springs at an affordable price, this kit solves compromise between performance and comfort for keen drivers for Golf 7, A3 8V and other VWG cars on the MQB platform. This kit combines the RacingLine Sport Damper kit with our carefully matched Sport Spring kit – combining two front and two rear Tri-Valve dampers with a set of 4 Sport Springs specific to your car type. The kit will lower your car by around 15-25mm dependant on model, and provide a taught, controlled ride and handling balance. Extensive development from our vast race set-up experience on the MQB platform ensures superior road-holding and a positive transformation in handling characteristics, all achieved without compromising comfort. Ride quality is just how a good hot-hatch should be. A little stiffer than factory, sure, but never crash or uncomfortable. All of which guarantees greater stability, control – and therefore driving pleasure. And isn’t that what it’s all about? Features:  Motorsport Quality: Our motorsport suspension expertise allows us to build a high quality, fast-road orientated damper kit. Tri-valve Technology: Ensures suitability of dampers for both standard and lowered cars, as well as sporty feel during high-speed cornering on smooth surfaces and comfort on uneven surfaces. Dual Tube Design: Comfort guaranteed thanks to dual tube design and low-pressure Nitrogen gas system. No Damper Fade: The addition of Nitrogen gas into the system eliminates oil foaming when the oil is hot, the main cause of shock fade. Our design limits the heat build-up internally ensuring the oil lasts longer. Perfectly Matched: The shock absorbers have a precisely matched damping curve to the VWR Sport Spring rate which are included with each kit. Compatible with any brand of anti-roll bars. Quality Oil: Longevity far exceeds OEM spec and many rival aftermarket dampers of similar value due to the higher quality oil used in the VWR Sport Dampers. Precision Engineered For Perfect Performance. Precisely matched damping curve to the VWR Sport Spring progressive-rate construction. Intelligent Tri-Valve technology is what sets our Sports Dampers apart from standard OEM dampers. Nitrogen gas fill eliminates oil foaming when the oil is hot, the main cause of shock fade. Damper features three hydraulic valves: bump, rebound and a main valve, controlled by low and high-speed shaft frequencies (smooth and rough road conditions).
