    After huge demand, Forge have developed the perfect dump valve solution for the Fiesta ST MK8 and Ford Puma ST, two vehicles that Ford launched without an OEM valve included. Similar to our early days when Ford released the RS turbo Escort, Forge developed and lead dump valve technology to give the Escort owners the same technology as Cosworth did for the Sierra - with loud whooshes and prolonged turbocharger life, this really is one the favourite modifications for the Ford enthusiasts must have bolt on products. As the engine does not have a diverter valve fitted as standard, Forge have developed a twin piston dump valve that not only gives you an incredibly loud sound when lifting off the throttle, but also increases the throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag. It has been designed to help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speed ready for when you accelerate, whilst also taking the strain away from the impeller. Without removing this stress from your turbo, it could cause premature failure, especially on tuned engines and modified vehicles. Our dump valve kit comes with two different rates of springs to accommodate for stock as well as stage 1 boost settings. We also have additional stage two and above springs available to order through our website depending on your vehicles engines modifications, including hybrid turbo conversions. Like with all manufacturers in recent times the need to make smaller engines more efficient and more powerful has been an engineer’s top priority, this then creates a problem for the aftermarket manufacturers to improve what is already fitted to the vehicle, nevertheless this hasn’t stopped us at Forge Motorsport. On a tuned vehicle this combination is an essential purchase as the OEM air box is found to be too restrictive to achieve the optimum power figures and smooth power delivery. This beautifully crafted high flow charge pipe is for the Ford Fiesta ST MK8 and Ford Puma ST. This product has been created over many days and months of dyno testing and road testing to prove the products credentials. The boost pipes are a direct replacement to the original hot-side charge pipe which is rather restrictive especially at the turbo end. FMBP6 was developed to remove these restrictions and now features a smooth and enlarged bore size creating a vast improvement in air flow and a reduction in pressure drop. Our performance inlet pipe for the Ford Fiesta ST MK8 & Puma ST fits between the air filter and turbo inlet pipe and is a highly visible component of the engine bay, accordingly its available in red, blue, grey and black. Its fully compatible with either the OEM filter box or our intake for this application.

    A blowoff valve (BOV), dump valve or compressor bypass valve is a pressure release system present in most modern OEM road car applications. Its purpose is to prevent compressor surge / stalling and reduce wear on the turbocharger. These control valves remove the damaging impact of ‘surge loading’ by allowing the compressed air to vent  away from the compressor wheel. This discharge can be heard as a distinct ‘dump valve’ hissing sound as it vents to atmosphere or back into the intake depending on the application and ECU airflow regulation. The Fiesta 1.0T Ecoboost uses an inexpensive electronic diverter valve as standard which is prone to failure and inconsistent results when used at higher boost pressure.Plumb Back Kompact Shortie Kit for Ford Fiesta 1.0TStock blow-off valves like those that come standard with the Fiesta 1.0 often suffer from a range of problems.
