MST MST-VW-MK777 - Air Filter Induction Kit with Intake Hose & Oversize Turbo Inlet Elbow
Intake Pipe This intake is a direct replacement for the standard air box and fits the standard mounting points. It provides increased airflow and induction noise over and above the standard intake equipment. 3″ Silicone Intake Pipe Designed to replace the standard OEM plastic induction hose and is a direct replacement for the factory pipework. Made from high-quality multi-ply silicone with wire wound reinforcement. Oversize 3″ Turbo Inlet Elbow This is a direct replacement for the standard turbo inlet elbow, however, due to it’s larger diameter it must be used in conjunction with the supplied MST performance silicone hose. This part allows for increased potential airflow and slightly increased induction sound. The inlet elbow is made from a lightweight aluminum tube with CNC machined connections and a laser-cut bracket is fully TIG welded and powder-coated in a mottled black finish for an OEM look. MST Performance intake kit for MQB chassis vehicles such as the VW Golf mk7, Audi A3, Seat Leon & Skoda Octavia, equipped with the 2.0 TDI diesel engine. This ingenious solution retains the standard air box base, replacing the lid to allow for installation of a high-flow cone air filter, smooth radius intake hard-pipe and dual-mode heat-shield. The intake kit can be run in two configurations, “open-air” for maximum intake flow and induction noise or “enclosed” for reduced intake noise. Includes a performance nanofibre dry air filter, fitting kit, high quality laser cut heat shield & lightweight aluminium pipework, finished in a textured black powder coat finish. This kit provides increased airflow and induction noise over and above the standard intake equipment. Please note this kit utilizes the standard air box base and cold air feed pipe.
