A remote Blow off, or Dump Valve Kit for the Ford Focus Mk2 ST225. This uses a twin piston valve to ensure compatibility with the engine management system and a custom silicone hose to ensure easy installation. This valve can be installed in combination with the OEM valve, or on it's own by using one of our blanking plates. The hose is available in red, blue, or black, and the valve is available in black. We have received many requests from owners of the Ford Focus 1.8 TDDi for individual hoses from our "Race Parts" selection. The interest was generated by one owner who realised that he could change many of his hoses without the need for a specialist kit and at a fraction of the cost.The kit we have put together includes our very best Stainless Steel Hose Clamps and has a discounted price compared to buying all the items separately. Please note: Several of the hoses may need trimming with a sharp craft knife for a perfect fit. Please be aware that these hoses were patterned from right hand drive vehicles. Whilst we believe these to be correct for left hand drive vehicles we suggest that you visually check their suitability, as replacement items, with those fitted to your own vehicle, before attempting installation. The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone. This means the hoses are suitable to be used with  either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) or air containing oil mist. This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for, or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stronger spring upon request for tuned vehicles, and where a higher boost level is required. Please contact us directly concerning this process.
