This valve kit allows the fitment of a fast response blow off valve on the 1.2 TSi engine CBZA, CBZB and CBZC as found in the Seat Ibiza, Toledo, Altea, Leon, the VW Polo, Caddy, New Beetle, Jetta, Touran, Golf, the Skoda Yeti, Fabia, Octavia, and the Audi A1 and A3. As the engine does not have a diverter valve fitted as standard, this valve not only gives you an incredible loud sound when lifting off the throttle during gear changes, but will also improve the throttle response by reducing any lag, as it will help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speed ready for when you accelerate. This replacement hose and alloy couplers is an essential upgrade for all owners with tuned cars running higher boost pressures. The hose is made from Fluoro silicone (available in ochre colour only) with Nomex re-inforced lamination. This combination can withstand the high temperatures associated with being fitted so close to the turbocharger and withstand the oil that may accumulate within the hose, which would normally lead to degradation if ordinary silicone was used.   The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone. 1.2 TSI boost tap The Forge Motorsport boost tap for the 2015 1.2 TSI engine codes CJZA, CJZC, CJZD, CYVB as found in the Skoda Fabia, Skoda Octavia, VW Golf, VW Polo, Audi A1, Audi A3, Seat Ibiza and Seat Leon. It allows fitment of a boost gauge if you wish to monitor boost levels from within the cabin using boost gauge, or if you need a pressure take off for another reason e.g. a boost pressure activated water injection system. A fitting kit comprising of a length of vacuum hose, cable ties and a gasket is supplied with the tap together with full fitting instructions.
