Because, compared to paper or other filter technologies, reticulated polyester foam achieves optimum performance against three key criteria: Maximum airflow: the ability to allow air to pass through without causing a large pressure drop. Cleaning efficiency: the capability to arrest a high proportion of airborne dust while feeding the engine clean air. Dust load-up tolerance: the capability to absorb a large amount of dust without reducing air flow capacity. This design of filter has been used in all fields of motorsport from Formula 1 to the World Rally Championship. The range receives this same attention to detail at the design stage and is then taken into production with consummate quality.   THREE LAYER FOAM SYSTEM Revo ProPanel Filters use multi-layered foam technology to trap dust and dirt while maintaining flow efficiency over time. Using foam increases the filter's surface area and is washable, compared to standard paper and cotton filters which trap dust on the surface and become less efficient the more they are used, choking the engine and reducing performance. The outer core is a coarse foam designed to trap larger particles, the second layer is a medium foam designed to trap most particles and the inner core is fine foam which will trap any particles small enough to reach it. The triple layer foam design ensures an exceptional level of engine protection and long-term performance advantage.     1: Stainless steel wire mesh To avoid erosion, only the highest quality steel is used.   2: Course outer layer:  Stops large pieces of dirt and foreign matter from penetrating further. This design has been used to maximise rigidity, pedal feel and overall braking performance. The calliper incorporates a progressive six-piston setup to give great brake balance, and high quality seals increasing resilience to road salts and other corrosive elements. DISCS We use a two-piece floating disc and hat design to efficiently dissipate heat. The friction surface features crescent groves designed to increase bite and remove debris from the pad surface giving the perfect balance between brake feel and longevity. The discs feature internal cooling vanes that draw air from the centre of the disc outward to maximise heat dissipation and minimise heat transfer to the callipers, pads, and brake fluid, which plays an all-important part in providing consistent stopping power for your vehicle. BRAKE PADS We supply our brake kit with Ferodo DS Performance Pads that offer a consistent pedal feel and fantastic braking performance both from cold and when hot. Combined with low wheel dusting, minimal noise characteristics, and low disc and pad wear rates this is the ideal pad compound for general road and track driving. BRAKE LINES Our brake kit is supplied with stainless lines; consisting of a PTFE inner and stainless steel braided outer to eliminate the spongy feel of original rubber hoses, provide superior resistance to corrosion, and offer consistent braking performance. BRAKE FLUID Our brakes are supplied with Motul Dot 5.1 brake fluid; specifically designed for brakes systems with ABS.
