Jetstream Performance Baseplate Filter Our performance foam air filter, with stainless steel cage construction for superior internal structural support and a spun aluminium neck designed to act as a velocity stack, minimizing turbulence in the intake tract, maximizing flow. The filter element has quick release fittings to enable quick removal, allowing for easy cleaning & maintenance. Silicone Intake Pipe Single piece turbo intake pipe made with 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone, maintaining a constant 80mm diameter and providing excellent protection from high engine bay temperatures. Heat Shield with OEM mounting points Laser cut, precision folded heat shield powder-coated in black, is designed to fit directly to the standard OEM factory air box mounting points and rubbers without the need for modification. The heat shield helps maintain low intake temperatures by providing a physical barrier between the air filter and the rest of the engine bay and directing the air from the factory cold air feed to the area around the filter. Description The Ramair Silicone Intake Pipe (part no. RIP-007-BK) has been designed to replace the standard OEM plastic induction hose on the 1.8 & 2.0 TSI EA888 engine in the VW Golf MK7 GTI, VW Golf MK7 R, Audi S3, SEAT Leon Cupra and other MQB platform vehicles. The hose is constructed to provide a constant radius reducing restriction in the initial stage of the intake tract and is a direct replacement for the factory pipework. The hose is supplied with a pair of high quality Stainless Steel W2 hose clamps replacing the difficult to use OEM spring clamps. This Ramair Silicone Intake Pipe has been designed to replace the standard OEM plastic induction hose on the 1.6t Clio RS (mk4 2013 onwards). The hose is constructed to provide a constant radius reducing restriction in the initial stage of the intake tract and is a direct replacement for the factory pipework. The hose is supplied with a pair high quality Stainless Steel W2 hose clamps to replace the standard clamps. The hose is made from high-quality silicone with 5-ply polyester mesh reinforcement for added structural rigidity to prevent collapse under high load. This is direct replacement for the intake hose and turbo inlet elbow on the 1.5 TSI (EA211 Evo) engines found in vehicles across the VAG range of vehicles.
