Success in rallying and touring cars along with Scorpions know how in producing sports exhausts sees true track to road technology transfer across the range. Manufactured from 76mm/3” T304 Stainless Steel there are two cat-back exhaust systems currently available, valved - which uses the original motor and can be operated by the driver with the drive mode select button inside the car. There is also a non-valved cat-back which deletes the valve completely for a continuous sportier tone. With performance in mind both systems have a dynamic pyramid flat in the centre section which provides maximum ground and prop shaft clearance without restricting performance. At the rear end of the system is an acoustically developed silencer to ensure zero drone throughout the rev range. To enhance the Ford’s appearance, we currently offer 5 different precision tailpipe styles. All available at 114mm we have the Ascari Carbon Fibre, Polished Daytona, Black Ceramic Daytona, Polished Indy or Black Ceramic Indy. This range of options allows for drivers to customise and perfect their system to suit them and their cars. To further enhance the 4WD Focus RS our professional technicians have developed two 76mm/3” down pipe options to maximize performance capability. Our leading technicians have been working with the Seat Leon Cupra ST 300 4Drive and as a result we are proud to release a brand new 80mm/3.15” gpf-back system manufactured using our premium T304 stainless steel and fabricated with our CNC Mandrel bent large bore design which permits maximum performance by allowing a greater flow of exhaust gas. Two variants have been developed, a resonated version and a non-resonated option. Our professionally hand-built systems have been designed to improve on power by increasing gas flow and perfectly balancing back pressure. As well as advancing power, drivers will notice a sharper throttle response. With only the highest quality materials used in development and motorsport-based knowledge built from over 20 years’ experience in high-end race series, the gpf-back systems emit a stunning exhaust tone that is deeper than the original and emits a of sound pure quality. When applicable Scorpion systems are fitted with an acoustically developed silencer to ensure zero drone throughout the rev range. We pride ourselves in allowing customers to personalise their cars to individual preferences. For that reason, we offer an extensive range of our signature Scorpion tailpipes for the Cupra System. Drivers can select from twin polished oval, twin black ceramic oval, quad polished Daytona or quad black ceramic Daytona. The options listed allow for drivers to professionally tailor their cars aesthetics with unrivalled build quality to maintain peak performance on the roads and in the eyes of onlookers. However, while developing our Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost, we have found that the most restrictive element is the disappointingly sized diameter of the standard down pipe, this has been a large hurdle for us to over come before developing our own VUDU Decat for the Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost. To help increase the high flow offering an opportunity for us to really squeeze the true potential out of this fantastic engine, we manufactured the VUDU Decat Downpipe to replace the disappointingly sized standard down pipe.   This Large-bore Downpipe and De-Cat Section for the Fiesta EcoBoost 1.0 Turbo Zetec, Zetec-S & ST-Line will fit to all aftermarket exhaust systems also enhancing the note of the exhaust system of your choice giving it more of a throaty sound track.     Another addition to the VUDU high-quality precision engineered product range has landed. Our new VUDU Ford Fiesta ST180 decat downpipe has been in the test and development stages for over 4 months on our in-house 340bhp road going demo car. we have tested this part in the harshest of enviroments including fast road, track and drag racing. Ensuring all our VUDU product range is put through huge amounts of heat and vibration cycles proves we have the finest quality products on the market. As always we use the highest quality grade of materials to produce this Fiesta decat pipe and it is manufactured by some of the most talented and highly skilled engineers on the planet this not only ensures longevity but ultimate performance at the same time. The welding on this particular decat pipe is beautiful and the craftsmanship is second to none it far outweighs anything we have found on the market thus far. The material spec of this VUDU Decat downpipe can be found below. Stainless steel  304 is the most versatile and the most widely used of all stainless steels.  Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, weldability and corrosion/oxidation resistance provide the best all-around performance stainless steel available on the market.  It also has excellent low-temperature properties and responds well to hardening by cold working. Part of our commitment to research and development of the VUDU product range means we decided to test the flow properties of this decat pipe to the absolute limit utilising our in-house Dynapack 2000HP hub dyno. We used our VT330R Hybrid turbo kit on our Voodoo demonstrator car to push the limits of its capability the results where astonishing managing to achieve 318WHP and 366BHP proving that not only could the VUDU Fiesta ST180 decat handle heat and vibration testing far beyond is required use but also perform to the highest of standard. see example graph below. To further prove the capabilities of our new VUDU decat downpipe we try to complete as much circuit time as possible. we all know this is the hardest test for any performance product putting it to the test with qualified race licence holders out on the circuit.
