In original form, due to the thin plastic construction these pipes are known to split or fracture even at standard levels of boost and when pressure is increased with a remap they are more prone to failure. Our direct replacement pipes are made from high quality aluminium that can withstand any increase in boost pressure and also feature a larger internal diameter for improved capacity and flow. This hose has been designed to overcome the known boost and oil leakage of the original fitment hose on the BMW 535D E60/E61 LCI and 635D E63/E64 LCI models from 2007 up to 2010. Though this normally goes undetected due to its location, eventually, total failure occurs.Our solution is a 4ply Fluorosilicone hose to withstand the temperatures and pressures involved, but more importantly resist the degradation from oil.
