The Ford Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost is no doubt one of the hottest small engines cars on the market and a clear favorite of the younger generation of drivers on the road. When tuning these cars we have seen huge gains of up to 175bhp due to endless late night and development work on our very own demonstration car. However, while developing our Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost, we have found that the most restrictive element is the disappointingly sized diameter of the standard down pipe, this has been a large hurdle for us to over come before developing our own VUDU Decat for the Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost. To help increase the high flow offering an opportunity for us to really squeeze the true potential out of this fantastic engine, we manufactured the VUDU Decat Downpipe to replace the disappointingly sized standard down pipe.   This Large-bore Downpipe and De-Cat Section for the Fiesta EcoBoost 1.0 Turbo Zetec, Zetec-S & ST-Line will fit to all aftermarket exhaust systems also enhancing the note of the exhaust system of your choice giving it more of a throaty sound track. This Catch Can is not only a fantastic oil management tool but its also an aerospace T6 Billet aluminium construction that adds a touch of VUDU magic to your otherwise dull looking engine bay. The VUDU Fiesta catch can shares little similarity with its cheap counter parts available online with this Catch Can Kit comprising the baffled internals to ensure ultimate oil control among other features. Check the oil collection in your catch can quickly and easily with our built in oil dip stick before removing to empty. This avoids a hazed spy glass and unnecessary removal and refit. What does it do? Fords range of ECOBOOST engines are among a long line of Direct injection engines (the injector is under high pressure and fires fuel directly into the cylinder) that inherently suffer from valve choking due to the oil build up around the cylinder head and valves. Couple this with the increased oil mist passing through the intake and cooling system of your Ford Fiesta ST180 leaves unnecessary build up within the pipe work, intercooler, turbo and inlet manifold. The VUDU Rear Engine Mount is designed as a direct replacement for the Ford Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost and the Ford Fiesta ST180. After trialing a few average Rear Engine Mounts over the years, we decided that we would manufacture one of our own that would outperform the competition. Expertly manufactured from a single piece of aerospace grade T606 billet aluminium with filleted sides to reduce weight, our VUDU Rear Engine Mount looks and fits perfectly on your Ford Fiesta ST180 or Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost.  After completing the visual aspect of our Rear Engine Mount, we then had to add the correct bushes. We tested various bushes in order to gain the bush that would perform the greatest. The first bushes were a little stiff and caused a little too much vibration, whereas at the other end of the scale, the second bushes we tried were too soft which meant they were comfortable but a little too tame for what we required. After trial and error, we settled on bushes that had the right balance between performance and comfort. The OEM Ford Fiesta ST clutch is designed to handle the torque output from the stock engines. When remapping your car the car's running power levels of torque increase and the stock clutch will struggle to handle that increase in pressure. This Organic clutch system has been designed and manufactured to significantly exceed the original clutch system whilst also maintaining OE pedal effort, thus delivering high torque capacity. The aramid friction exhibits 50% less wear than a conventional drive plate friction material. This material also reduces the effects of fade. Fade is the decline in the clutch systems ability to transmit torque as operating temperatures increase.
