COMPETITION INTERCOOLER KIT for VW Polo AW GTI 2,0TSI (147KW/200PS) from 2018 The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has got a new competition core(Tube Fin) with the dimensions 600 mm x 167 [101] mm x 125 [90] mm [stepped] /23,6 Inch x 6,6 [4] Inch x 4,9 [3,5] Inch [stepped], which was developedespecially for the requirements of the VW Polo GTI. This high-performance coreoffers an 24 % larger frontal surface and 73 % more core volume compared to thestock intercooler.  The aluminum cast endtanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFDsimulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is a excellent coolingproperty with a minimal back pressure. The newly developed competitionhigh-performance core is very light and provides the adjoining components (forexample the watercooler) enough air flow. That`s why this kit is perfect forracing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air with a significantincrease in performance! An anti-corrosion powder coating with perfect heat-conducting propertiesprotects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, so alasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed.
