Product Description The Forge Motorsport dump valve for the 2015-on 1.2 TSI engine codes CJZA, CJZC, CJZD, CYVB as found in the Skoda Fabia, Skoda Octavia, VW Golf, VW Polo, Audi A1, Audi A3, Seat Ibiza and Seat Leon. Please note this kit is only compatible with models that do not have a standard turbo mounted diverter valve. Earlier models that have a turbo mounted diverter valve as standard require the kit with part number FMDVA1TSI and FMDVATSI The 1.2 and 1.4 TSI doesn’t have a dump valve from the factory, so this product allows you to have the traditional dump valve noise between gear changes and when letting off the gas pedal. It won’t bring on any check engine lights and the car will drive just as before. This kit totally replaces the plastic pipe from turbo to manifold with a silicon hose (available in a choice of colours), and everything else you need to install the valve is included in the kit together with full instructions. This valve is an upgrade for the 2.0 turbocharged M133 DE20 LA (265 kW 355BHP version)  engine found in the Mercedes AMG A45 upto 2015. The engine as supplied by AMG has a port for a dump valve on the side of the turbo, but it is blanked off. Whilst this is fine for the stock level of tune, as the boost is turned up when the car is remapped, driveability can be effected and the car can stutter on hard acceleration, which ultimately will reduce the life of the turbo. Our valve bolts straight up to the turbo and is supplied with appropriate hardware in order to source vacuum to operate the valve. The valve features an aluminium piston for longevity, and is fully serviceable and can be rebuilt with a range of springs to suit your level of power. "Fitted to my Facelift A45 AMG. Takes some time to fit but once installed in my opinion is well worth it. Sounds great, loud enough to put a smile on your face but not intrusive or "ricery". Also a great add on for anyone going Stage 2. Why buy the Forge Fiat 500 dump valve? Your Fiat 500 is equipped with an electronic solenoid driven valve from the factory, which is integrated into the functions of the ECU, and unplugging or removing the valve will result in a check engine light on the dashboard. The Forge solution is to retain the solenoid operation, but to use it to divert vacuum and boost pressure to the valve, to make it into a more traditional valve driven by air pressure. The Forge valve will give you a product that is superior in its construction and durability over the OEM valve, and of course the forge is serviceable and guaranteed for life . Over time the OEM valve begins to leak, and in some cases the plastic piston goes brittle and breaks. The Forge valve doesn’t suffer with either of these problems as it uses an aluminium piston and is totally rebuildable. It’s also configurable for different levels of boost pressure e.g. on a remapped car, by simply changing the piston preload spring inside the valve. Go fit the Forge Fiat valve and enjoy the performance. The Forge atmospheric Blow Off valve for the Fiat 500 Abarth T-Jet made from billet aluminium. This atmospheric blow off valve dumps the charge-air to atmosphere creating the "Whoosh" sound when the throttle is lifted. This improves the throttle response and increases the clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably. Unlike single piston or diaphragm diverter valves, this uses counter balanced springs and dual pistons to prevent the valve from leaking air into the intake system at idle. This prevents our blow off valves suffering any of the failures associated with single piston and diaphragm type diverter valves. The kit is complete with all fittings and includes a replacement solenoid and wiring harness to activate the valve to retain the engine management functionality. Due to the exposed position of the OEM boost pipe and the nature of an engines heat cycle, the plastic the OEM pipe is made from can deteriorate over time becoming brittle and susceptible to boost leaks. A replacement turbo actuator for the Ford Focus ST250. This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for at or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stiffer spring upon request. This Blow Off, or Dump valve, is for the BMW N13 1.6 Turbo engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valve. This engine can be found in the F20/F21 and F30 chassis badged as 114i, 116i, 118i, 120i and 316i, 318i and 320i It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures that have occurred, where the original rubber diaphragm splits, which causes a loss of boost pressure. Unfortunately, the failure does not always result in a check engine light as the valve can still be blown open by the boost pressure, so you may not be aware that you are losing power due to this.   Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering significantly improved reliability. Our valve is piston based with no diaphragm to fail, and of all aluminium construction. It replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation.
