    This version of our popular FMDV004 valve has the vacuum connection on the side of the valve which is ideal for those applications where space is restricted.  Made from billet aluminium, this atmospheric diverter valve dumps the charge-air to atmosphere creating the "Whoosh" sound when the throttle is lifted. This increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably. Unlike single piston or diaphragm diverter valves, this uses counter balanced springs and dual pistons to prevent the valve from leaking air into the intake system at idle. This prevents our diverter valves suffering any of the failures associated with single piston and diaphragm type diverter valves. Fitment Guide: Suitable for most turbo cars with an Air Flow Meter. This hand polished valve bolts directly to the turbo in place of the OEM diaphragm type valve.  Built in the UK, it features a robust piston design that allows for tuning with interchangeable springs. For those running higher boost pressures after software tuning, this really is a must to ensure that you do not lose boost through the valve.     This blow off valve, or dump valve is for the BMW 235 3.0 Petrol Turbo engine 2014+ are EWG (Electronic Waste Gate) as found in the F22 chassis model that has a single electronically controlled bypass valve. This product is recommended for both unmodified vehicles and any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade, as a replacement to the OEM bypass valve. Unfortunately the standard valve fails when the plastic deteriorates with age normally resulting in a check engine light. Unfortunately the valve may still partially function, so you may not be aware that you are losing power due to this. This particular failure can also result in the valve falling apart upon removal from the turbo, and in extreme cases, bits of plastic entering the turbo, resulting in serious damage. Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering significantly improved reliability. Our valve is piston based, with no diaphragm to fail, and with a body of all aluminium construction. It’s also fully serviceable and the spring strength can be changed to suit increased boost levels. Most importantly it still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation, with the inclusion of an electrical harness that plugs straight into the BMW wiring.     This is a replacement for OEM Part Number 06N.145.710.B Forge Motorsport is proud to release the latest version of our very popular solenoid driven valve for the 2021-on VAG 2.0 TSI engine (engine codes DNP & DNFB). This valve is a full replacement recirculation valve (i.e. quiet) that integrates seamlessly with the OEM electronics and results in no detriment in performance, and absolutely NO fault codes or check engine lights, which isn’t something that can be said of our competition! Like our full replacement recirculating valve option, this valve is fully engineered to remedy the failure issues experienced with the OEM solenoid valves when their diaphragm may rupture which results in a boost leak. The later revision OEM valves have a longer life but ultimately the plastic brittles and in extreme circumstances, parts of the plastic can break off. Our valve uses full billet alloy construction with a piston based internal design that provides for significantly improved reliability over the OEM valves along with lightning-fast response. It has also been proven in cars running over 600bhp!
