    Saab 95 2.3T and 93 Viggen Adjustable Actuator. This actuator is designed for the Saab 9-5 2.3T 00 to 05, 9-3 Viggen 98 to 02 and aero 00 to 02 engines. Manufactured from Billet aluminium, this Forge adjustable actuator is a two part assembly that will allow servicing and mainteinance. It also allows for rod adjustment to suit the customers individual application. Laser cut stainless steel brackets ensure OEM like fitment.     Using components from our highly successful and ever popular Civic FK2 Atmospheric Dump Valve Kit, the development engineers at Forge have redeveloped the kit to fit the repackaged 4-cylinder K20 2.0 Turbo engine in the Honda FK8 Civic Type R. This installation requires the removal of the OEM DV. It is our recommendation that the OEM valve is removed and replaced with the blanking plate supplied in this kit. Developed and machined by Forge engineers in our UK CNC machine shop, the valve features our unique robust twin piston design, which allows for fine-tuning with interchangeable springs. The Forge silicone hose in this kit has been designed to not only incorporate the valve but also smooth the airflow.     These valves have been specifically designed and engineered, to offer extreme flow rate capability with an internal 50mm (2") bore. For fine tuning there is a variable spring preload incorporated and a ratchet type top adjuster that will allow for the positive and precise adjustment that your driving style demands. To ease installation a 360 degree adjustable vacuum hose connector With a choice of inlet and outlet connections the valves can be matched to your engine perfectly. This valve incorporates a unique conical, progressive rate spring that can allow for the retention of boost pressure up to 34 PSI which will be dependant on the state of tune of your vehicle.     The Forge Motorsport dump valve for the 2018-on VW Jetta 1.4 TSI engine. Please check to ensure your engine bay is the same as the picture below. The 1.4 TSI doesn’t have a dump valve from the factory, so this product allows you to have the traditional dump valve noise between gear changes and when letting off the gas pedal. It won’t bring on any check engine lights and the car will drive just as before. As the engine does not have a diverter valve fitted as standard, Forge have developed a twin piston dump valve that not only gives you an incredibly loud sound when lifting off the throttle, but also increases the throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag. It has been designed to help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speed ready for when you accelerate, whilst also taking the strain away from the impeller. Without removing this stress from your turbo, it could cause premature failure. Especially on engines and modified vehicles. This kit totally replaces the plastic pipe from turbo to manifold with a silicon hose (available in a choice of colours), and everything else you need to install the valve is included in the kit together with full instructions. Unlike other valves on the market the Forge valve will not bring on any check engine lights. ( EML )  The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Flurosilicone. This means the hoses are suitable to be used with modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) and oil mist. The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments, and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically.     This product only works in conjunction with FMINDK35. After the success of the FMDV22 Forge Motorsport has now developed a recirculating Valve option for the VAG 1.5 TSI engine. It uses our tried and tested FMDV008 recirculation valve, this valve has been with us for some time and has proved time and again to be tough, durable and ultra-reliable. By adding this valve, it prevents turbo surge and prolongs the life of your engine’s turbocharger. As the engine does not have a diverter valve fitted as standard, Forge have reused our tried and tested FMDV008 valve that increases the throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag. It has been designed to help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speed ready for when you accelerate, whilst also taking the strain away from the impeller. Without removing this stress from your turbo, it could cause premature failure, especially on engines and modified vehicles. Like with all our valves you are able to customise it to fit your application with two uprated springs provided in the kit. Due to its clever design, changing the spring is a very simple process, simply undo the fasteners attaching the valve top and remove the spring. Its that easy! Due to the exposed position of the OEM boost pipe and the nature of an engines heat cycle, the plastic the OEM pipe is made from can deteriorate over time becoming brittle and susceptible to boost leaks.
