In certain conditions the vehicle will run the risk of receiving inadequately cooled air affecting the engines efficiency and ultimately losing power. With this in mind, Forge are proud to release another PolarCooler as the first auxiliary cooling system for the BMW B58 engine Found in the A90 Supra. Following extensive testing on the road and dyno working with 3 different styles of water core with different fin pitch configurations, we are proud to present the ultimate in frontal water cooling solutions. If you are a keen modifier and wish to push the limits of your A90 this chargecooler is a must, With 177% increase in volume hot climate owners will definitely appreciate the development that has gone into this product resulting in safer IATs (inlet air temps) for a longer period of time meaning when on track it takes longer for the standard ecu to reduce ignition timing which will create power loss. With the Forge PolarCooler it results in more power for longer with peace of mind for track day sessions.  The PolarCooler is available in either a powder coated satin Black finish or motorsport raw Alloy.      The uniquely developed Forge PolarCooler features: An increase of over 170% extra capacity using a 18 fpi (fins per inch) louvre super tech cooling core for maximum cooling. The PolarCooler replaces the OEM chargecooler radiator. This chargecooler has been designed featuring triple pass water flow to ensure all of the surface area of the core is utilised, meaning maximum cooling efficiency. This unique design has allowed inlet temperatures to be lowered by 20°C (68°F) in 3 back to back runs on the dyno. The Forge PolarCooler locates in the OEM position and is supplied with anti-corrosion black powder coat on the hand fabricated end tanks and core or motorsport raw alloy A reduction of the temperature of the cooling water is directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charged air. With an increase in volume of water introduced to the cooling system the thermal temperatures can be kept at a much reduced level over a longer period, ensuring greater performance and efficiency which in turn is perfect for your fast road and track enthusiast. The Forge radiator has a volume of 23 litres compared to the OEM of just 8.3 litres. An all alloy radiator for the Megane RS250/265/275. With the known coolant temperature issues that are attributed to the original fitment radiator, this is the only real solution. The stock Renault radiator has a major design flaw in that the inlet and outlet are in a straight line across the core. At high engine rpm, when you need the most cooling, the maximum flow is straight across the core, missing out about 75% of the volume. Worse still, the 25% of the core with good flow is directly behind the crash bar and gets no direct airflow. Our engineers have maximised the surface area and utilised a high efficiency radiator core with a unique flow enhancement, to ensure that the coolant passes evenly across the entire core, and that the area of restricted airflow (behind the crash bumper) is taken into account. For the Audi S5/S4 3.0 litre Supercharged B8.5 Chassis ONLY, we have developed an uprated Charge Cooler Radiator and Expansion Tank kit. This kit is highly recommended for either those in warm climates who wish to maintain performance, or specifically for tuned engines where the boost has been increased from standard on the Eaton Supercharger using software re-calibration, a reduction pulley or a combination of both. Following exhaustive testing on the road and dyno working with 3 different manufacturers of water core, we are proud to present the ultimate in frontal water cooling solutions. The uniquely developed Forge PolarCooler features: An increase of over 100% extra capacity using a 22 fpi ( fins per inch )  louvre super tech cooling core for maximum  cooling. The PolarCooler retains the OEM charge cooler radiator but flows into a front mounted extra auxiliary radiator that is front mounted. This design means it has no obstructions i.e. the condenser to affect its efficiency and performance .It is not placed directly in front of the coolant radiator and is last in sequence. This unique design has allowed inlet temperatures to be lowered by 20 degrees C (68 degrees F) in 3 back to back consecutive runs on the dyno. With the Forge PolarCooler the standard bleed point is retained on the OEM radiator. The Forge  PolarCooler has no extra header tank as the  OEM  system utilises a one way valve within the system that only opens if the water level drops e.g. taking in water when it evaporates All of the Forge coolant hoses have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Flurosilicone. This liner means that the hoses are suitable for use with modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) and oil mist. The use of a Flurosilicone liner ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the best, longest lasting, and preferred choice of the discerning car enthusiasts. The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments, and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically. The Forge PolarCooler comes complete with all the necessary hardware including an OEM modified crash bar and Forge silicon hoses to complete the installation, along with anti-corrosion black powder coat on the hand fabricated end tanks and crash bar.   This product is designed, developed and manufactured entirely in Great Britain and is covered by our Worldwide lifetime warranty. Using the knowledge gained in developing these uprated chargecooler radiators, we have used our proven testing and development procedure to develop an uprated kit for the Volkswagen T6 2.0TDI 180 & 204PS Transporter. The Forge all-aluminium construction chargecooler radiator offers extra reliability over the OEM type radiator with plastic endtanks that can fail with time. Maximising the available space behind the bumper of the vehicle the Forge chargecooler radiator offers a 50% increase in frontal area and a 50% increase in volume over the OEM. The radiator is a single pass design with inlet and outlet at diagonal opposites optimising the flow of coolant across the entire radiator core.
