A replacement turbo actuator for the Ford Focus ST250. This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for at or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stiffer spring upon request. Please contact us directly concerning this process. It is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine-management-system of the given vehicle at the time of installation, whether that system is factory or aftermarket. A simple way to tap into your manifold on the N14 and N18 eninge found in the Mini Cooper S Turbo, Citroen DS3 1.6 Turbo, Peugeot 207 GTi, Peugeot 208 GTi and Peugeot RCZ THP156 and THP200. This adaptor utilises the (MAP) pressure sensor on the inlet manifold under the airbox. Simply remove the existing sensor, fit our adaptor and refit the original sensor into our adaptor. You will then have a vacuum / boost connection suitable for 4mm tube or similar that can be used to install a boost gauge

The much loved 1.8T engine has proved itself as being not only being very capable in producing high power figures but in being very reliable at the same time. The key to this reliability is the lubrication system, which can quickly become overwhelmed when cars are driven quickly - or on track - causing oil starvation. Under extreme acceleration, braking or cornering, the oil can momentarily run out of the sump under centrifugal force, causing a temporary starvation through the oil-ways, putting critical bearings and bores at risk of damage.For those with bottomless pockets, a ‘dry sump’ system is the ideal preventative solution. But for those in the real world, our neatly engineered solution, based around a brand new OE-spec sump pan is the perfect alternative. Carefully configured baffles and Viton oil control valves ensure that the lubricant can easily move around the engine, but retains a minimum sump capacity, even under the most severe of ‘g’ forces. The relatively soft Viton plates react far quicker than equivalent metal flaps - which are often used on lesser alternatives - and have been designed to withstand the rigours of the high temperatures of oil and its contaminants.Our 1.8T Baffled Sump (FMBSMP18T) is a truly effective upgrade. This set of two breather hoses for the Vauxhall Astra VXR are both fluro lined to prevent oil leaking through the silicon and discolouring it over time. They replace the main breather hose at the front right of the engine and the small breather hose at the rear of the engine next to the throttle body. This Blow Off, or Dump valve, is for the BMW N13 1.6 Turbo engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valve. This engine can be found in the F20/F21 and F30 chassis badged as 114i, 116i, 118i, 120i and 316i, 318i and 320i It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures that have occurred, where the original rubber diaphragm splits, which causes a loss of boost pressure. Unfortunately, the failure does not always result in a check engine light as the valve can still be blown open by the boost pressure, so you may not be aware that you are losing power due to this.   Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering significantly improved reliability. Our valve is piston based with no diaphragm to fail, and of all aluminium construction. It replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. The Forge Motorsport FMTUBL5 has been designed for the Fiat 500, 595, and 695 turbo (this will not fit those fitted with IHI turbo). This turbo blanket is designed to isolate the radiant heat produced by the turbocharger. This design has been created to withstand the harshest of environments and proven to withstand temperatures up to 2500°F (1370°C) of radiant heat which will assist in protecting and prolonging the life of engine components. Design innovation keeps the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger, away from the cool side and the intake path which helps reduce turbo lag and air intake temperatures resulting in more power. Simple to fit using existing OEM hardware. One pair of Forge Motorsport strut top covers, CNC machined from aluminium billet. These will not only improve the appearance of the strut tops but will also eliminate any water ingress from the top which is a common problem on the many vehicles, this issue can cause corrosion which can further develop to strut failure and other problems along the strut tops. Development prototypes were first created through 3D CAD and then prototyped on our inhouse 3D-Printer to allow for the best fit to stop corrosion of the strut top and provide a tight fit to prevent any water ingress occuring.
