The T9380 is the latest addition to the DV+ range of diverter valves from GFB (Go Fast Bits). It is specifically designed as a complete replacement for the newer generation of Continental brand OEM diverter valves found in late-model VW and Audi vehicles.
Unlike the earlier generation diverter valves manufactured by Pierburg, the newer Continental valves cannot be disassembled and integrated into a DV+. Therefore, GFB developed the T9380 with a low-profile integrated solenoid as a complete replacement for the Continental diverter valve, enabling a hassle-free installation with no clearance issues.
Like all valves in the DV+ range, the new T9380 delivers the following benefits over the OEM diverter valve:

Improved Boost Holding
Since electronic OEM diverter valves first appeared in the mid-2000s, there have been many revisions over the years in an attempt to address reliability issues. Whilst the latest generation of OEM diverter valves have become more reliable, there is always a performance trade-off due to their operational method and plastic construction.
When GFB engineers performed boost leak testing on the OEM diverter valve in a VW Mk8 Golf R, they found the leak was significantly larger than in earlier generations.
This excessive leaking is due to the emerging trend of manufacturers mounting diverter valves remotely on plastic piping rather than directly on the turbocharger. A plastic valve mechanism closing onto a plastic seat resulted in the largest OEM diverter valve leak we’ve seen yet at 28L/min at 1 Bar of boost.
Even with the Viton face seal (featured on all DV+ pistons), the plastic OEM seat face was found to be so uneven that it was impossible to achieve a reliable seal. The T9380 successfully addresses this issue by incorporating an integral piston seat machined into its body. This design ensures a proper seal, even on uneven plastic OEM seats.
Sharper throttle response, faster boost recovery after brief throttle lift
Factory electronic diverter valves are binary in operation – they’re either open or shut. Your throttle, however, isn’t. When you make small throttle adjustments, the binary operation of the factory diverter results in abrupt changes in power delivery, which is the very definition of poor throttle response.
The DV+ patented “pilot actuation” system allows the piston to open and close progressively, thereby smoothing the power delivery during throttle modulation, and ultimately improving throttle response.

Made from genuine carbon fibre, the shaft is ultra-thin and lightweight, with no wrapping or skinning—this is the real deal.
Upper Fixing
Precision CNC machined from billet aluminium, the upper fixing ensures a premium finish while maintaining lightweight properties. It includes a tactile thumb screw to securely attach the prop to your vehicle’s bonnet hook.
Lower Fixing
Also precision CNC machined from billet aluminium, the lower fixing houses a 304 stainless steel hook, allowing you to lock it into your vehicle’s latch system. This lower hook offers up to 45mm of vertical adjustment for a perfect fit.
Once fitted, the Pro-Prop remains secure. To disengage, simply release your bonnet as usual, and then store the prop in the supplied tube for safekeeping until your next show or meet.

What dothey do?
The RacingLine Higher Output Ignition Coils are a direct plug-and-play upgrade from your OE ignition coils. Whether your engine is standard or Stage 3 tuned, it will immediately benefit from the greater energy output and stronger, more consistent spark generated by a set of RacingLine Coil Packs.
The RacingLine Higher Output Ignition Coils deliver a 10% increase in output energy versus OE. This greater output is perfect for drivers looking to maximise output from either their stock or modified car
Why have we settled on a 10% gain in output energy for our Coil Packs? Because this is the optimum increase level for VWG's TSI engines. Beyond this, no additional benefit is gained, yet the coil's internal temperatures begin to rise sharply.
So, at this level, our Coil Packs can maintain coil voltage under load with little or no drop-off, performing consistently from idle through to the shift point or red-line
Replacement is all the more worthwhile on older engines still running the OE Coil Packs. A new set makes a great preventative maintenance upgrade to avoid the risk of misfires caused as the OE Coil Packs age and gradually break down.
Fitment couldn't be easier. These are a simple plug and play replacement. Remove the OE Coil Packs, replace with our Higher Output versions.

If you fit a de-cat or high flow sports catalyst to your car, you could run the risk of having an engine light turn on. This is usually due to the fact that the sensor is reading the added exhaust gas flow and it could identify this as a fault. This lambda sensor extension may solve this problem easily, however we do recommend a re-map to ensure the issue is resolved.
