Our massive 'plate & bar' Intercooler System uses a huge 70mm core to give a 96% volume increase over the factory cooler - making it the largest volume and best performing intercooler upgrade on offer for the 2.0 TSI gen.4. By consistently reducing intake air temperatures (IAT), heat soak is minimised delivering increased performance again and again. No need for the recovery cool-down times needed for the production intercooler. Our development focussed on finding the ‘sweet spot’ of maximum IAT cooling versus minimum pressure loss. This has allowed us to achieve increased size without increased lag.  Increased 70mm inlet and outlet sizes allow for higher flow versus the 60mm factory outlets, with matching Boost Hoses provided with the intercooler kit.
