What it does.The factory intercooler on the 2.0 TSI MQB 'Evo' has proved to be unable to cope with the demands of higher power, hard driven cars, showing up as serious power losses during hard driving as air temperatures soar. Our massive 'plate & bar' Intercooler System uses a huge 70mm core to give a 96% volume increase over the factory cooler - making it the largest volume and best performing intercooler upgrade on offer for the 2.0 TSI gen.4. By consistently reducing intake air temperatures (IAT), heat soak is minimised delivering increased performance again and again. No need for the recovery cool-down times needed for the production intercooler. Our development focussed on finding the ‘sweet spot’ of maximum IAT cooling versus minimum pressure loss. Earlier models utilise a straight silicone hose joiner, however these later models use a rectangular joiner. FMBH8 is designed to fit USDM and ROW vehicles that typically use this type of diverter valve hose, whereas European and UK spec vehicles tend to use a straight silicone hose. These deposits rob the engine of power and efficiency. Traditional methods of manually removing these deposits can be difficult, time consuming, and expensive. Here we have a brand new product for the MK3.5 Focus including the ST/RS models. These slam panel ends tidy up the appearance of the area around the rear of the headlight. The kit is universal for cars with or without bonnet gas struts.  Much thicker than other panels on the market and currently available in our smooth plastic, gloss black plastic, textured plastic for the OEM look and carbon fibre effect plastic. Carbon fibre, gloss black and textured panels are supplied ready to fit to the car. Fitment is straight forward and takes 15 minutes; no cutting or drilling is required to fit the items. Comes complete with fitting kit and instructions. Fitting video will also be available soon! The variances in the air conditioning piping has meant that we are offering this product with the option of a hole for the air conditioning pipe. Some of these pipes stick up further than others. If you opt not have the hole, this can result in a small gap (3-4mm) between the front of the headlight and the panel.
