Our brows are now manufactured using a new process to insure they are one of the thinnest available on the market today. They measure between 1-1.5mm, thus preventing 'bonnet rub'.

Manufactured from fibreglass and supplied as pictured in a gloss black gell coat.This diffuser fits into place and requires the use of the two original fixings.This product may require some trimming / sanding to ensure the perfect fit and we advise for the perfect finish to have the product sprayed gloss black.Fitting guidance1 - Make sure the clips are sanded down to a thickness of around 4mm max2 - Lube up the clip area on the cars bumper, all the way around the clip section (WD40)3 - Take a blunt screw driver or such like to the clip section on the bumper and prise open the clips holes (don’t worry they shouldn’t break, the plastic clip section on the bumper will form its original shape once you have fitted the diffuser) Doing this will help the clips slot in as they are bigger than the original clips.4- Start from one end of the diffuser, you will notice once a few clips are in it will become a bit tougher, as you get to the tight/tougher area of the diffuser you’ll need a hand pushing from behind the bumper and the other pushing against the diffuser, forcing the diffuser into the bumper
5- If the clips look like are not lining up, lift the diffuser upwards whilst still pushing against the bumper.You may need to repeat step 5 for all the clips across the top section of the diffuser, the more clips you get in the easier it becomes and it should end up in place towards the last few clips.Please try to ignore the fact it looks like it doesn’t fit.. It does

As part of our expanding Focus Mk2 product range, AIRTEC Motorsport are proud to launch our 90mm enlarged induction pipe suitable for track or fast road use.
A direct replacement part that offers increases in performance and response, as well as sound and aesthetics, the enlarged induction pipe features a huge increase in overall internal volume to reduce restriction and improve flow to the turbo. The kit features a large AIRTEC Motorsport cotton air filter that mounts to an 80mm aluminium trumpet and a silicone coupler attaches it the enlarged induction pipe, which measures 90mm throughout, offering a 29% increase in diameter and capacity. This increases to 100mm diameter to suit aftermarket big turbo inlets.
Made from high quality aluminium for an improved look and feel, the larger pipe also features an AIRTEC plaque and is available in a powder-coated black finish for a subtle OEM+ look.
The comprehensive package includes all silicone connectors, fixtures and fittings, which makes installation a simple task.
With valuable performance gains and an improved look to the engine bay, the AIRTEC Motorsport enlarged induction pipe is an essential modification for modified cars.
Please note: This kit does not feature a MAF sensor and so will not work with the OEM ECU. Only aftermarket ECU configurations that do not use a MAF sensor, such as Syvecs/ECU Master/SCS Delta will be compatible.
