09D CNC-Machined Aluminium Tunnel Brace – Strength, Clearance & Precision Engineering
Our 09D Tunnel Brace is a CNC-machined aluminium reinforcement component designed to enhance the structural rigidity of the vehicle’s exhaust tunnel area while also offering increased clearance for large-bore performance exhaust systems. Installed on the underside of the vehicle, this brace forms part of the floor pan structure, helping to reduce chassis flex and improve overall stability—particularly important on fast road and performance builds.
Each brace is individually machined in-house from T6-6082 aluminium, a material known for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. To further protect the part and elevate its appearance, we finish every brace with a durable anodised coating, sealing the surface from the elements while adding a clean, professional look.
