    Dual Port - TS-0203-1022 Dual outlet-type BOV. Dual Port vents both to the atmosphere and back into the air intake. Ports with sequential timing allow quieter operation during everyday driving while getting all the benefits of a vent-to-atmosphere BOV under race conditions. They are easily converted to a complete atmospheric or whole bypass unit using supplied port blanking plug. Please note; that twin-turbo applications, such as the Audi S4 2.7L (B5) 97-01, will require two valves. Plumb Back - TS-0203-1222 Full recirculating BOV. The Plumb Back system recirculates all excess pressure back into the intake system. Great for enthusiasts who do not want to be noticed but want the performance and reliability benefits of a quality BOV. Please note; that this will require two valves for twin-turbo applications, such as the Audi S4 2.7L (B5) 97-01.     This actuator is designed for the Audi A4 and Volkswagon Passat 1.8T engines that are longitudinally mounted. This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for, or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stronger spring upon request for tuned vehicles, and where a higher boost level is required. Please contact us directly concerning this process. It is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine-management-system of the given vehicle at the time of installation, whether that system is factory or aftermarket Diaphragm sealed internals are the default selection for this actuator product but customers now have the option of piston sealed internals. Unique to Forge Motorsport, this innovation offers equal performance to the diaphragm type and low maintenance due to the hard wearing nature of piston sealed valve internals.     The Splitter is a truly remarkable valve that gives a combination of blow off and recirculation valve operation, all at the same time, and has been specifically designed for the many turbo engined applications that operate metered airflow management systems. This means you get all the noise of the blow off valve whilst retaining the compatibility with the recirculation requirements of the engine management system. As a bonus we also offer the ability to convert the valve to recirculation only mode for those times when stealth running is required. This valve uses a Brass piston which utilises new sealing technology along with a variable spring preload, incorporating a ratchet type top adjuster that will allow for the positive and precise adjustment to match the valve to your engine. This is achieved by using a unique single, conical, progressive rate spring, that can allow for the retention of boost pressure over a wide adjustment range. This unique spring design also allows for unrestricted piston travel and flow volume regardless of the amount of pre-load adjustment added to the spring. Other manufacturers' valves use cylindrical springs with adjustable pre-load, which often experience restricted piston travel and a reduction in flow volume. When we say our products are Engineered For Performance, it's not a catchy sales phrase, it's the truth. and we prove it with every product we manufacture. Note: This valve requires installing the opposite way to the original Bosch Valve. Please observe the correct spring and piston orientation when installing the serviceable parts, as seen in the attached drawing.   Adjustment guide. First turn the valve adjustment knob all the way down in the anti-clockwise direction, which will adjust the spring it to its lowest tension. Then turn the valve adjustment knob in the clockwise direction to the appropriate tension level, as set out below. Standard engine – 16 clicks. Stage 1 remap – 21 clicks. Stage 2 remap – 25 clicks. These adjustment recommendations are a general guide and you may find that your engine requires fine tuning by 1 or 2 clicks in either direction to achieve optimum performance.     Now you can fine tune your Blow Off/Diverter Valve to the exact needs of your engine with this complete tuning kit. If you are finding that the valve is dumping more than required, or if you are losing boost pressure it is normally an indication that a stronger spring is required. Alternatively, if the valve is failing to dump it may be necessary to install a weaker spring. Please note that fitting a stronger spring into a valve will not increase boost pressure, unless existing pressure is being lost. Failure to allow the valve to operate by installing a spring which is too strong, may cause damage to the turbocharger.
