With the Forge PolarCooler it results in more power for longer with peace of mind for track day sessions.  The PolarCooler is available in either a powder coated satin Black finish or motorsport raw Alloy.      The uniquely developed Forge PolarCooler features: An increase of over 170% extra capacity using a 18 fpi (fins per inch) louvre super tech cooling core for maximum cooling. The PolarCooler replaces the OEM chargecooler radiator. This chargecooler has been designed featuring triple pass water flow to ensure all of the surface area of the core is utilised, meaning maximum cooling efficiency. This unique design has allowed inlet temperatures to be lowered by 20°C (68°F) in 3 back to back runs on the dyno. The Forge PolarCooler locates in the OEM position and is supplied with anti-corrosion black powder coat on the hand fabricated end tanks and core or motorsport raw alloy A reduction of the temperature of the cooling water is directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charged air. This oil catch tank kit is for the Toyota Supra A90 and BMW Z4 with the BMW B58 Engine, developed by our in-house development team. Not only is it beautifully designed, it has been created to capture the maximum amount of harmful contaminants, including oil deposits, unused fuel vapours and moisture, all of which would ordinarily make their way back through to the inlet of the engine. FITS: BMWZ4ToyotaSupraMk5 A90 When the B58 engine is tuned heavily blow by can occur resulting in poor breathing our specifically designed catch can system and extensive testing has proven our oil catch tank kit's ability to effectively reduce sludge and carbon build up, in turn allowing the engine to both breathe and perform more efficiently. It can therefore be viewed as a genuine performance enhancing product and one we recommend, particularly if you are planning more advanced power tuning at a later date. With aesthetics also in mind our catch can has the bracket incorporated into the catch can lid and is placed behind the factory airbox heat shield meaning this important component can still be kept in situ. The 0.4l (400cc) catch tank boasts a slew of features intended to make it both easy to check and simple to drain, including a dipstick for level inspection. The design of the breather adaptor and catch can was formed using the latest 3D solidworks software and engineered for a complete plug and play solution with no cutting or modifying of original components meaning the vehicle can return to stock in just under a hour. The design of the kit has also been carefully considered, hence its inner tube which is constructed from anti-static smooth fuel resistant nitrile rubber. This is paired with an outer cover made from reinforced stainless steel wire braid (a Forge specialty), specifically a partial inner braid and a full cover outer braid. Now you can fine tune your Blow Off/Diverter Valve to the exact needs of your engine with this complete tuning kit. If you are finding that the valve is dumping more than required, or if you are losing boost pressure it is normally an indication that a stronger spring is required. Alternatively, if the valve is failing to dump it may be necessary to install a weaker spring. Please note that fitting a stronger spring into a valve will not increase boost pressure, unless existing pressure is being lost. Failure to allow the valve to operate by installing a spring which is too strong, may cause damage to the turbocharger.
