OEM engine mounts are designed with very low NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) in mind. While this offers the smooth ride that most drivers desire, it becomes a very limiting factor for those who prefer performance and response. The Revo rear torque mount is designed to eliminate excessive movement, allowing you to reach your true performance potential and get the power down when you need it.

HOUSING
Precision CNC machined from aircraft-grade 6061 T6 aluminium, the main housing is extremely strong yet lightweight and offers a solid base to perfectly house each polyurethane bush. Finished with an engraved Revo logo and red Powerflex bushes
PINS
Both pins have been specially machined to safely house the bolts to ensure precise fitment and stop any damage to the polyurethane bushings. The large bush pin is CNC machined from a single billet piece of aluminium and reduces the risk of failure from running multiple parts. The small pin is made from stainless steel to offer greater strength and increase product life.
POLYURETHANE BUSHES BY POWERFLEX
Powerflex utilises a unique formula of polyurethane, custom-designed to ensure optimum fitment in the machined housings. Polyurethane is also resistant to oil, fuel unlike the rubber used in the OEM mount which can lead to perishing and failure. Using two different custom durometer bushings gives the ultimate balance of performance and comfort.
LARGE BUSHING WASHER
Designed to sit the opposite side of the large pin and made from 3mm stainless steel, we have added this washer to reduce the lateral movement of the mount. By limiting the lateral movement it reduces excessive force placed on the bushes and allows for a more secure fixing of the mount between the OE plates.

1.5 ECOBOOST
The 3 cylinder turbocharged 1.5 EcoBoost engine in the Ford Fiesta ST MK8 is smaller than the MK7 but packs even more of a punch. The ST's impressive low-down grunt and more responsive turbo offer great performance and a lot of potential for those driven to experience its true potential. Close monitoring of the GPF system has been an essential step in finding the limitations and tuning potential of the engines. The consensus is that the GPF not only mutes but limits the engine power, Revo ECU calibration might offer a reason to dispute that.
Enhancing the vehicle with Revo ECU Software gives you much more than just an increase in power and torque. A large part of development is based on drive cycle and driver feedback. Our calibration doesn’t just give a great dyno curve and peak power/torque figures but also delivers in feel; giving a smoother yet more responsive feel at low RPM/ partial throttle. Along with huge gains at wide-open throttle throughout the whole rev range.
Only Revo performance ECU Software maintains factory safety levels and additional driving features. You can switch between three pre-set fuel quality modes depending on the fuel you use; these modes are set through testing our development vehicles in varying climatic conditions with a range of fuel qualities throughout the world. The Revo SPS Software Switch is also available separately and can be used to quickly switch between performance modes and access the additional Anti-Theft mode.
GPF DEVELOPMENT
Rather than simply removing the GPF, and therefore making vehicles illegal for road use, we have been monitoring the effects that running higher power has on them. Our Stage 2 GPF software retains the stock downpipe, factory catalytic convertor and GPF 3, although we did upgrade the GPF back section on our own ST development vehicle to give more exhaust acoustics. Whilst we are not supporting GPF removal, over months of extensive development, we tested all variations of exhaust setups to determine the effects and restrictions of the stock downpipe and GPF. Although an exhaust system with no Catalytic convertor or GPF is always going to be slightly less restrictive than a stock system, we saw less than a 4% difference through a limited part of the rev range with little change elsewhere. There is a much more significant restriction closer to the engine; a combination of the integral manifold/port/turbine design. All Revo Stage 2 GPF software is specifically designed for a Stock downpipe and GPF. Removal of these parts whilst running Revo software may result in running issues and an engine management warning light.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
COLD START PROTECTION
For engine oil to work effectively and lubricate your engine it needs time to warm up. When you first start your car, the cold oil is at its thickest, producing higher oil pressure when pumped around the engine putting extra pressure on oil seals. As the engine temperature increases, so do oil temperatures. This thins the oil, enabling it to run more freely and better lubricate the moving parts of your engine. Cold Start Protection helps protect engine components by limiting turbo boost based on RPM and oil temperature until it reaches the 80ºC optimum operating level.
TEMPERATURE PROTECTION
Exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) are also monitored, adapting the operating conditions (Air Fuel Ratio) to ensure they stay within safe parameters. If EGT's reach a set upper limit, then power is automatically reduced until the engine returns to a safe operating temperature.
EXHAUST OVERRUN
The ST already comes with exhaust overrun through its Active Value Exhaust. This has been enhanced by Revo offering a variation in acoustics both in sports and track modes. The duration of the overrun has been increased over Stage 1 software.
SWITCHABLE SOFTWARE1
Using an SPS switch you can take advantage of the switch-ability of Revo software. The Patented OBD2 interface is the ultimate compliment to Revo performance software, giving you the ability to switch between 3 fuel quality modes and an Antitheft mode via the vehicle OBD port.

ANTITHEFT MODE1
As well as the fuel quality modes, Revo software is installed with built-in Antitheft Mode. Once the vehicle is put into this mode via the SPS device the engine revs will drop and throttle response will be disabled. The low revs mean the car will struggle to be moved even on the clutch without stalling. Adding an extra level of security to your vehicle. Switch it back to a performance mode and enjoy the drive.

When you begin to enhance performance, the restrictive OEM intake struggles to flow enough air, robbing the engine of power. The Revo Air Intake System removes these restrictive elements promoting smoother airflow. OEM+ systems replace any restrictive components with parts precisely engineered to reduce turbulence and improve airflow. Revo Flush Fit silicone hoses avoid unwanted turbulence at joins and increase the rate at which air can flow ensuring maximum performance at any level of tuning.
CROSS OVER PIPE
The Revo engineering team knew that to create the most effective kit, every component had to be considered to maximise and smooth airspeed. The system is designed around the aluminium cross over pipe, mandrel-bent to maintain the internal diameter in the corner and to remove the restrictions found in the OEM pipe. The direct routing and increased diameter pipe offer superior flow and deliver more air to the turbocharger over a shorter period.
SILICONE HOSES
The plastic hoses on the stock system are designed with a corrugated style to flex with the engine movement, while this has its place it also causes a large amount of turbulence as the airflow doesn’t have a smooth direct path to the turbo. We designed the silicone hoses with stepped internals to ensure a flush fit and to minimise turbulence while still allowing for engine movement.
AIR FILTER
The standard paper filter found in most vehicles performs well under normal conditions, however, with the increased power it becomes a major choking point in the system. Revo filters work by trapping dirt particles within each of the oiled foam layers while allowing air to negotiate its way through, reducing restriction and offering much longer service intervals. The new Revo filter features a direct replacement three-layer foam filter,
MOUNTING BRACKET AND FITTING KIT
The Revo kits come complete with a full fitting kit that allows for easy installation. Included is a fully machined crossover bracket which increases the strength of this fixture point and alleviates any possibility of bracket failure from engine movement.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
All Revo products are designed in-house and are rigorously tested utilising an in-house 3D printer, latest CAD and CFD programs, hub dyno and Revo data acquisition software. The Revo intake allows the turbo to run more efficiently, intake a larger volume of air and minimise turbulence to increase both power and torque, as highlighted during controlled dyno testing.
The Revo PUMA MK2 ST OEM+ air intake system was tested in-house to compare the performance against that of the Ford OEM intake. First tested on a vehicle running the OEM intake with Revo Stage 1 software, Revo Intercooler and a Milltek GPF back exhaust, the Revo intake was then installed and tested in the same controlled environment to highlight the benefits of enhanced cooling.
PERFORMANCE DATA
The results show improvement throughout the whole rev range, but especially towards the top end of the rev range. The Revo intake offering an average gain of +4WHP, and +6NM torque over the stock part. Increased airflow also delivers impressive peak performance gains of +11WHP @6100rpm and +13NM @6100RPM over the stock intake system.
AIRFLOW
More air, less restriction. The Revo system was tested on a flow bench to highlight the efficiency of the kit in allowing more air to reach the turbo, quickly and with less restriction. The OEM system reached its maximum potential of 490 cubic feet per minute with a restriction of 1082 mmWg, compared to the Revo system which was able to flow 570 CFM with a restriction of only 1029 mmWg. This difference allows the engine to still make power at the top of the rev limit, whilst also highlighting the efficiency and less restriction at the lower end, resulting in smoother and increased throttle response.

COLD START PROTECTION
For engine oil to work effectively and lubricate your engine it needs time to warm up. When you first start your car, the cold oil is at its thickest, producing higher oil pressure when pumped around the engine putting extra pressure on oil seals. As the engine temperature increases, so do oil temperatures. This thins the oil, enabling it to run more freely and better lubricate the moving parts of your engine. Cold Start Protection helps protect engine components by limiting turbo boost based on RPM and oil temperature until it reaches the 80ºC optimum operating level.
TEMPERATURE PROTECTION
Exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) are also monitored, adapting the operating conditions (Air Fuel Ratio) to ensure they stay within safe parameters. If EGT's reach a set upper limit, then power is automatically reduced until the engine returns to a safe operating temperature.
EXHAUST OVERRUN
The ST already comes with exhaust overrun through its Active Value Exhaust. This has been enhanced by Revo offering a slight variation in acoustics both in sports and track modes. The duration of the overrun has been increased over Stage 1 software.
SWITCHABLE SOFTWARE1
Using an SPS switch you can take advantage of the switch-ability of Revo software. The Patented OBD2 interface is the ultimate compliment to Revo performance software, giving you the ability to switch between 3 fuel quality modes and an Antitheft mode via the vehicle OBD port.

ANTITHEFT MODE1
As well as the fuel quality modes, Revo software is installed with built-in Antitheft Mode. Once the vehicle is put into this mode via the SPS device the engine revs will drop and throttle response will be disabled. The low revs mean the car will struggle to be moved even on the clutch without stalling. Adding an extra level of security to your vehicle. Switch it back to a performance mode and enjoy the drive.

The Revo OEM+ Air Intake System for the 1.5 EcoBoost engine improves performance whilst utilising the stock airbox. Ensuring your engine can get access to enough air is paramount when increasing power; more air means more power throughout the rev-range.

OEM VS REVO
When you begin to enhance performance, the restrictive OEM intake struggles to flow enough air, robbing the engine of power. The Revo Air Intake System removes these restrictive elements promoting smoother airflow. OEM+ systems replace any restrictive components with parts precisely engineered to reduce turbulence and improve airflow. Revo Flush Fit silicone hoses avoid unwanted turbulence at joins and increase the rate at which air can flow ensuring maximum performance at any level of tuning.
CROSS OVER PIPE
The Revo engineering team knew that to create the most effective kit, every component had to be considered to maximise and smooth airspeed. The system is designed around the aluminium cross over pipe, mandrel-bent to maintain the internal diameter in the corner and to remove the restrictions found in the OEM pipe. The direct routing and increased diameter pipe offer superior flow and deliver more air to the turbocharger over a shorter period.
SILICONE HOSES
The plastic hoses on the stock system are designed with a corrugated style to flex with the engine movement, while this has its place it also causes a large amount of turbulence as the airflow doesn’t have a smooth direct path to the turbo. We designed the silicone hoses with stepped internals to ensure a flush fit and to minimise turbulence while still allowing for engine movement.
AIR FILTER
The standard paper filter found in most vehicles performs well under normal conditions, however, with the increased power it becomes a major choking point in the system. Revo filters work by trapping dirt particles within each of the oiled foam layers while allowing air to negotiate its way through, reducing restriction and offering much longer service intervals. The new Revo filter features a direct replacement three-layer foam filter,
MOUNTING BRACKET AND FITTING KIT
The Revo kits come complete with a full fitting kit that allows for easy installation. Included is a fully machined crossover bracket which increases the strength of this fixture point and alleviates any possibility of bracket failure from engine movement.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
All Revo products are designed in-house and are rigorously tested utilising an in-house 3D printer, latest CAD and CFD programs, hub dyno and Revo data acquisition software. The Revo intake allows the turbo to run more efficiently, intake a larger volume of air and minimise turbulence to increase both power and torque, as highlighted during controlled dyno testing.
The Revo Fiesta Mk8 OEM+ air intake system was tested in-house to compare the performance against that of the Ford OEM intake. First tested on a vehicle running the OEM intake with Revo Stage 1 software, Revo Intercooler and a Milltek GPF back exhaust, the Revo intake was then installed and tested in the same controlled environment to highlight the benefits of enhanced cooling.
PERFORMANCE DATA
The results show improvement throughout the whole rev range, but especially towards the top end of the rev range. The Revo intake offering an average gain of +4WHP, and +6NM torque over the stock part. Increased airflow also delivers impressive peak performance gains of +11WHP @6100rpm and +13NM @6100RPM over the stock intake system.
AIRFLOW
More air, less restriction. The Revo system was tested on a flow bench to highlight the efficiency of the kit in allowing more air to reach the turbo, quickly and with less restriction. The OEM system reached its maximum potential of 490 cubic feet per minute with a restriction of 1082 mmWg, compared to the Revo system which was able to flow 570 CFM with a restriction of only 1029 mmWg. This difference allows the engine to still make power at the top of the rev limit, whilst also highlighting the efficiency and less restriction at the lower end, resulting in smoother and increased throttle response.

The turbo inlet hose has an increased inner diameter that gradually tapers from the hard pipe to turbo to optimise airflow.
AIR FILTER
An intake system is only as good as the filter. This kit comes complete with a custom Revo foam filter, supported by galvanised epoxy-coated mesh for strength under load. Revo three-stage foam filters work very differently to conventional paper or cotton-gauze alternatives designed to trap particles on the outer layer. Revo filters trap debris and particles within the foam layers, allowing air to still navigate through. The spun base of the filter offers a smooth radius aluminium bell mouth, specifically designed for optimum airflow from the filter to pipe-work.
HEATSHIELD
Ensuring the engine has access to cold air is vital for performance. The Revo heat shield channels cold air from the front intake duct while partitioning the filter from the heat of the engine bay. The Revo Heatshield uses the stock mounting points to provide easy and secure installation.

While this offers the smooth ride that most drivers desire, it becomes a very limiting factor for those who prefer performance and response. The Revo rear torque mount is designed to eliminate excessive movement, allowing you to reach your true performance potential and get the power down when you need it.
Manufactured from only the best materials, our design team worked closely with industry leaders Powerflex to ensure a product that will perform when you need it most. Polyurethane bushes can perform under the most extreme of conditions, ensuring strength and stability under tremendous pressures. HOUSING
Precision CNC machined from aircraft-grade 6061 T6 aluminium, the main housing is extremely strong yet lightweight and offers a solid base to perfectly house each polyurethane bush. Finished with an engraved Revo logo and red Powerflex bushes
PINS
Both pins have been specially machined to safely house the bolts to ensure precise fitment and stop any damage to the polyurethane bushings. The large bush pin is CNC machined from a single billet piece of aluminium and reduces the risk of failure from running multiple parts. The small pin is made from stainless steel to offer greater strength and increase product life.
POLYURETHANE BUSHES BY POWERFLEX
Powerflex utilises a unique formula of polyurethane, custom-designed to ensure optimum fitment in the machined housings. Polyurethane is also resistant to oil, fuel unlike the rubber used in the OEM mount which can lead to perishing and failure. Using two different custom durometer bushings gives the ultimate balance of performance and comfort.
LARGE BUSHING WASHER
Designed to sit the opposite side of the large pin and made from 3mm stainless steel, we have added this washer to reduce the lateral movement of the mount. By limiting the lateral movement it reduces excessive force placed on the bushes and allows for a more secure fixing of the mount between the OE plates.

1.5 ECOBOOST ENGINE
The new 3 cylinder turbocharged 1.5 EcoBoost engine in the Ford Fiesta ST Mk8 is smaller than the Mk7 but packs even more of a punch. The ST’s impressive low-down grunt and more responsive turbo offers great performance and a lot of potential for those driven to experience its true potential. Enhancing the vehicle with Revo ECU Software gives you much more than an increased power and torque. We’ve specifically calibrated the Software to enhance responsiveness by making substantial improvements throughout the whole rev range.
Only Revo performance ECU Software maintains factory safety levels and additional driving features, so you can enjoy each mode’s unique characteristics as usual. You can also choose between two pre-set fuel quality modes depending on which fuel you use. If you would like the ability to do this yourself then the Revo SPS Software Switch is also available separately, which can be used to quickly switch fuel modes and access an additional Anti-Theft mode without the need to visit a Revo Authorised Dealer.
