As part of our expanding Focus Mk2 product range, AIRTEC Motorsport are proud to launch our 90mm enlarged induction pipe suitable for track or fast road use.
A direct replacement part that offers increases in performance and response, as well as sound and aesthetics, the enlarged induction pipe features a huge increase in overall internal volume to reduce restriction and improve flow to the turbo. The kit features a large AIRTEC Motorsport cotton air filter that mounts to an 80mm aluminium trumpet and a silicone coupler attaches it the enlarged induction pipe, which measures 90mm throughout, offering a 29% increase in diameter and capacity. This increases to 100mm diameter to suit aftermarket big turbo inlets.
Made from high quality aluminium for an improved look and feel, the larger pipe also features an AIRTEC plaque and is available in a powder-coated black finish for a subtle OEM+ look.
The comprehensive package includes all silicone connectors, fixtures and fittings, which makes installation a simple task.

Now offered with an AIRTEC Motorsport-branded RS slam panel that fits both pre-facelift and facelift models.
The Group A open air filter kit has been a great addition to the ST225 product range through the years, however ensuring it has a constant feed of cold air feed can prove tricky.
AIRTEC Motorsport has come up with the ideal solution with our Air-Ram diverter scoop that has a factory appearance with in the engine bay but works to continually force cold air towards the filter, ensuring consistent flow and performance.
The optional AIRTEC Motorsport slam panel fits all ST models and works with the Air-Ram diverter scoop for the perfect combination.
Please note, this currently only fits AIRTEC’s Group A induction kit.

You asked and we listened – AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our RS-style crossover pipe for the Mk2 Focus ST 225, suitable for track or fast road use.
The challengeWe’re always eager to develop parts and products that cater for our customer’s needs and with interest shown to produce an RS-style intake pipe that crosses over the top of the engine instead of working around it to reduce restriction and improve sound, response as well as under bonnet looks.
The solutionDesigned to exclusively to fit the ST model but in a similar style to our incredibly popular Mk2 Focus RS enlarged crossover pipe, this direct replacement pipe offers a shorter and simpler path from the air filter to the turbo inlet.
Where as the original ST intake pipework deviates from 80mm down to 70mm through a series of bends, including a harsh 90-degree turn, our RS-style pipe measures 76mm throughout the entire length and removes the restrictive 90-degree bend. It also allows the fitment of our huge Focus RS Group A filter; which is the largest filter we offer, whilst retaining the original MAF sensor, so there is no need to adjust the ECU calibration.
Made from high quality aluminium, it is offered in either Motorsport brushed silver or powder coated black finishes and features a laser cut AIRTEC Motorsport plaque. The comprehensive kit also includes a Pro Hoses silicone connector and all fixtures and fittings, which makes installation a simple task.

We have taken more time than most perfecting our manifold to what you see here. We tested several designs, which include a square to tapered manifold that unfortunately didn’t work, and then our Gen2 design finally got the go ahead after months of testing. After completion, we found there was more gains to be made and instead of selling a manifold for the sake of getting sales, we held off the release while our development technicians matched the inlet manifold ports to the lower manifold ports – we felt the difference immediately.

Increase in BHP & Torque, expect to see gains from 5 – 10 bhp peak & 20 to 40 lb ft torque. We saw up to 25 bhp mid range gains on our tests.
Heat treated for 36 hours & then pressure tested to 56 psi to ensure maximum strength

With the cost of a genuine Ford ECU cover regularly increasing, AIRTEC Motorsport are proud to launch its own direct replacement design.
Made from high-quality, injection-moulded plastic and finished in smooth satin black, our two-piece holder looks and feels very similar to the genuine Ford item, but at far less cost.
The intricate design means a perfect fit and features an AIRTEC cooling cut-out and embossed logo for a real OEM+ look that will compliment any Mk2 Focus ST/RS engine bay.

Designed to fit a wide range of vehicles, these foam air filters are direct replacements for the OEM panel filter and fit inside the original air box. Easy to fit and maintain, they offer a performance increase thanks to increased air flow as well as an improved sound.
Why a foam filter?The AIRTEC Motorsport foam filter features dual layers to catch dirt particles, but requires regular cleaning to maintain ability. If kept clean, they will allow more air flow for optimum performance but generally are less durable than cotton filters.
Why a cotton filter?The AIRTEC Motorsport cotton filter features a series of pleats that offer a much larger surface area compared to a foam filter. It also requires less maintenance and is more durable, although over time air flow is reduced as dirt builds up.

The original brake servo pipe measures 12.5mm but most upgrade inlet manifolds are fitted with a 12mm push fitting, this make the pipe too tight and nearly impossible to remove, the metal 12.5mm push fitting upgrade fits perfectly and easy to install.
