What do they do?The RacingLine Rear Subframe Insert Kit for the MQB & MQB ‘Evo’ chassis fills the voids in the factory rear subframe mounts to limit subframe and differential movement under load to maintain proper rear suspension geometry during hard cornering.
By filling the voids in the factory mounts, this Insert Kit eliminates the inevitable 'squidge' to ensure that you experience a more precise, connected driving experience, especially during hard cornering.
The MQB/MQBE chassis use soft rubber rear subframe mounts that deflect significantly under load, causing the rear end to feel vague and loose, as well as leading to less-than-optimal suspension geometry.
These precision-machined billet aluminium inserts slide into the holes to limit rear subframe movement without sacrificing ride quality or introducing any perceivable additional noise, vibration, or harshness into the cabin. What do they do?
The RacingLine upper and lower Twin Dogbone Mount Insert is one of the most affordable and transformative upgrades you can do to your MQB/MQB Evo car.
By slipping the RacingLine Twin Dogbone Insert into the voids of your factory lower engine mount you will stiffen the whole location of the drivetrain greatly to give a much tighter, sharper, more responsive feeling to your car.
Crucially, fitting both the two-piece upper and lower inserts of the RacingLine Twin Dogbone Insert eliminates the bending forces that can cause damage and ultimately failure if just one insert is fitted (as many others offer).
The RacingLine Twin Dogbone Insert limits the compliance of the lower engine mount by filling the large voids with our two billet inserts.
All of the forwards/backwards rocking movement in your drivetrain is controlled by this Lower Mount – fitment of the RacingLine Twin Dogbone Insert adds strength to the drivetrain, helping to protect from future wear and breakages.
The risk of wheel-hop under hard acceleration is almost eliminated as the whole engine and 'box assembly is firmly prevented from juddering when wheelspin occurs and through aggressive gearchages.
Fitment of the Twin Inserts will only add a minimal increase NVH to the car’s characteristics, but most keen drivers love the sense that they are more 'connected' to their car, and the gentle 'growl' that the mount conveys.

Our Rear Sway Bar End Links replace the soft factory rubber bushings with their weak plastic bodies with these beautifully engineered adjustable aluminium billet replacements.Designed with one aim in mind: to help achieve optimum suspension performance and geometric accuracy, and thus increase the effectiveness of your rear anti-roll bar.
Each heavy-duty, high-articulation rear droplink attaches the rear anti roll bar ends to the lower suspension arm.
Replacing the failure-prone, weak plastic OEM links with our rigid billet aluminium links greatly reduces flex and allows a sharp, uncompromised transfer of suspension movement through to the sway bar.
As well as the link itself, extra stiffness and precision comes from replacing the flex-prone stock plastic ball joint with motorsport-spec ball joints. An especially valuable upgrade on older, higher mileage cars.
Fully adjustable by +/- 5mm to zero the pre-load on the anti-roll bar geometry. Clever design means that adjustment can be carried out at both ends whilst the droplinks are in-situ, making neutral positioning much easier.
Direct replacement – can be used with either factory or Aftermarket rear anti roll bar, and returned to standard at any time.

When you lower ride height, the geometry will now be adding preload to your anti roll bar. It's vital to adjust this back to neutral with the +/- 5mm adjustment built-in.

The two upper mounts support the entire weight of the engine/gearbox, plus a third Lower Mount underneath the engine.

DO I NEEDUPRATED ENGINE MOUNTS?
OK, these Mounts aren't the most visible or sexy of modifications. But for those in the know, with high-power cars or who use their car regularly on track, our Uprated Engine Mount Set is truly one of the most worthwhile upgrades to the driving dynamics of their car. Suitable for either DSG or manual cars.
The Uprated Full Set of Engine Mount stiffens the whole location of the drivetrain greatly to give a much tighter, sharper feeling to your car. It removes the loose feeling when coming on and off-throttle during aggressive gearchanges, and banishes wheel-hop under hard acceleration as the whole engine and 'box assembly judders.This adds strength to the drivetrain, helping to protect from future wear and breakages. Rather than some aftermarket 'push in' bushes which crudely fill the voids in the original factory mounts, the RacingLine mounts are a completely redesigned replacement mount assembly and torque link. Make no mistake, the full uprated engine mount kit is a relatively extreme modification to make to your car. Naturally, more noise from the drivetrain comes into the cabin (and more than when the Lower Engine Mount only is fitted), but most keen drivers love the sense that they are more 'connected' to their car, and the gentle 'growl' that the mount conveys. Allow a few hundred miles/kms of driving for the mount to settle in after installation.
LOWER MOUNT.
For most hard-driven road cars, we recommend starting with the Lower Mount only. You can always add the two upper engine and gearbox mounts at a later stage.
A lot the fore/aft movement in the drivetrain is controlled by the Lower Mount - meaning that changing it alone makes a big difference to your drive.
The additional two upper mounts add more strength, but also add in more NVH (noise, vibration, harshness).
Our A5-platform mount (think Golf 5/6/Scirocco/S3 8P etc) is a two-piece unit pressed into the subframe. It's a clever dual-durometer design, and features a cut-out to clear bigger roll-bars on the 4WD cars.
The MQB & MQB 'EVO' platform Lower Mount also includes a billet aluminium Torque Link. Our testing showed that the pressed steel part used on the MQB-platform cars lack the stiffness needed.
New: the lower mount is now available for aluminium subframe MQB & MQB 'evo' cars - such as Golf 8, Audi S3 8V & 8Y, Audi TT.

Clearance over big brake kits is always a challenge, especially with factory wheels. All of RacingLine’s brake kits feature our unique design that allows these 5mm Hub Adaptors to be solidly, mechanically mounted onto the front face of the disc to give you that extra clearance. No more adding loose spacers onto your car.
Fitting and removal of the Hub Adaptor is a simple, reversible upgrade that takes minutes to do.
If you ever plan to change wheels in the future, or if you run different wheels for road or track, or winter and summer, just fit or remove the adaptors to suit.
As these Hub Adaptors are mechanically locked onto the disc hub, They aren’t classified as spacers in countries where spacers are illegal.
The 5mm of extra space will mean that the OEM factory wheels will fit over our brake kits.

Racingline MQB Propshaft Bearing Alignment Kit
Our new MQB RacingLine Propshaft Bearing Alignment kit cuts out the factory tolerances to maintain accurate propshaft alignment every time, all of the time.
Our precision-engineered, Propshaft Bearing Alignment Kit centralises the factory centre support bearing carrier by cutting out the enlarged factory hole tolerances. Meaning your propshaft is held in perfect true orientation at all times.
The oversize holes on the factory brackets are designed to allow several degrees of ‘twist’ on the centre bearing carrier, causing unnecessary long-term stresses on the prop, bushes and bearings.
That may be great to help the factory with quick production-line assembly, but will lead to accelerated wear on the bush and rubber housing from misalignment.
Every hard launch & shift provokes movement in the drivetrain – over time this risks shifting the factory prop mount out of alignment.
This simple alignment kit reduces the bolt hole size down from M14 to M8, allowing no further twist from the brackets and ensuring that your prop cannot move from this position.

Racingline Front Subframe Brace for MQB/MQB EVO
MQB & MQB ‘evo’ cars rely on either a thin stamped-steel or cast alloy OE front subframe. This subframe has to channel all of the immense forces generating by hard driving.
RacingLine’s bolt-in Front Subframe Brace provides much needed support and rigidity to aid accurate handling dynamics.
Not surprisingly, with all of these forces combining in your subframe, significant deflection results, which affects wheel alignment and harms the precision in your steering as it flexes.
RacingLine’s Billet Front Subframe Brace stiffens up the rear of the subframe with an intricately machined aluminium replacement, greatly improving stiffness under load.
Despite adding stiffness, this improved dynamic performance comes without sacrificing any ride quality or introducing any additional noise, vibration, or harshness into the cabin.

Racingline Billet Underbody Tunnel Braces
Want to sharpen up your MQB handling responses?
MQB Billet Underbody Tunnel Braces mount under the body to help fight body flex. This improves rigidity to help refine the handling, whilst also providing valuable extra clearance for larger diameter exhaust system.
What do they do?
MQB cars rely on thin stamped-steel OE tunnel braces underneath in an attempt to reinforce the body’s weaker points and limit chassis flex under demanding loads. Our new Billet Underbody Braces replace these weak braces with intricately machined aluminium replacements, greatly improving stiffness, giving much better exhaust clearance and even look great!
CNC Machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 Aluminium, each brace has been engineered to remove unnecessary material whilst still increasing rigidity.
With any 3″ diameter exhaust system, the OE brace gives insufficient clearance. So rather than removing the tunnel brace, our new Rear Tunnel Brace at last gives you the option to replace it, giving you the clearance you need plus maintaining crucial body stiffness.
Despite adding stiffness, this improved dynamic performance comes without sacrificing any ride quality or introducing any additional noise, vibration, or harshness into the cabin.
The brace designs mean that installation is simple, using existing body mounting points with no drilling or trim removal required, ensuring fitment is completely reversible.
We offer two braces – a Centre and a Rear Tunnel Brace. Owners of FWD cars can fit both, AWD cars can only fit the Rear Tunnel Brace.

Designed and manufactured in the USA using the finest quality materials, we have designed a Performance Engine Mount that controls fore/aft engine movement and allows for seamless power transfer to the tires all while being EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! Wheel hop is eliminated, throttle response is improved and gear engagement is more precise.
Locking the engine in place is accomplished through two vertically captured 70A Durometer Polyurethane Bushings, encapsulated between three 6061-T6 Billet Machined Aluminum bodies using a corrosion resistant securing bolt.
Our design on the MQB cars had to be unique, as this new vehicle brought upon new design challenges. Using the same successful polyurethane material used in other chassis, our metal components were revised to fit the MQB application. Throughout rigorous long term testing we proved our design choices were successful with countless miles, hard launches and abuse, pushing our engine mounts to their limits!
Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) are minimized over our competitors due to years of product testing and development. Designed to absorb NVH while withstanding extreme driveline forces, we've engineered our bushings using an optimal formula and durometer polyurethane, tuning the natural frequency and preload to the forcing frequency of the engine. These are the most comfortable engine mounts we've ever designed and we can't wait for you to experience them first hand!
This allows for smooth power delivery through the driveline and to the tires, all with very minimal chassis feedback to balance comfort with performance.
All machined components are constructed of strong and lightweight 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum and are then anodized black for a great appearance and corrosion resistance.

The shock mount bodies are made of high quality cast aluminum and feature a black powdercoated finish for excellent corrosion resistance over the OEM mounts.
Our HD Rear Shock Mounts were subjected to rigorous on and off the car testing. Through a very lengthy development process with tens-of-thousands of testing miles, several design revisions and many prototypes tested, our In-House Engineering Team perfected the Heavy Duty shock mount design to offer real world benefits to make this a complete solution to the common-failing mounts of the MK5/MK6 platform (and similar) vehicles.

WHAT'S SO SPECIAL?
The VWR TrackSport kit has been developed directly from our full race kits; the only differences are in the internal valving settings and the spring rate/lengths that are supplied. The kit really is that special.
Coilover rear dampers, plus 45mm inverted ‘thick-stem’ front damper providing a super stiff front McPherson strut, unique in the market.
Easy set up: 12-point adjustment of bump and rebound damping, adjustable with no tools or jacking via the beautifully over-engineered adjuster knobs.
Includes Adjustable Top Mounts, 60mm ID linear rate springs, CNC Machined and pre installed pillow ball bearing, for super accurate camber set up.
INVERTED FRONT
The TrackSport kit uses inverted ‘thick-stem’ front dampers, giving a much stiffer strut to avoid flex under intense load.
ADJUSTABLE DROP LINKS
When you lower your car, the VWR Adjustable Drop Links should be paired with Tracksport to readjust the preload on your anti roll bar and add precision to handling response.
COILOVER REAR
Rear dampers are now coilover, allowing a full range of spring travel at the rear, rather than relying on shorter springs (as non-coilover rear kits do).
LINEAR SPRINGS
Supplied with 60mm id linear springs (with helper springs on front); in standard sizes to make them easily swapped for different rates for full set-up options.
LIGHTWEIGHT
Lightweight, shortened aluminium bodies, exactly as our race kits use for a really significant weight saving.
ADJUSTABLE TOP MOUNTS
Adjustable Top Mounts are included, allowing camber adjustment and a transformation in precision. Please note: for full adjustment the front suspension strut-top domes must be cut off.

Our new MQB RacingLine Subframe Alignment Bolt Collar kit cuts out the huge factory tolerances for accurate alignment each time, every time.
WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?
The RacingLine Alignment Bolt Collar kit is a simple ‘why not’ upgrade to eliminate the challenges caused by large tolerances in the factory subframe mounts, both front and rear.
The OEM subframe design uses really oversized bolt holes – giving a wide range of adjustments to shuffle the whole subframe assembly back and forth, side to side.
Whilst that may be ideal for dealers & repairers to lazily mask other misalignments in the chassis, it means that there are also huge opportunities for inaccuracy every time your subframes are refitted, not to mention the risk of the car’s alignment creeping out of tolerance with hard driving over time.
WHAT IT DOES.
Our precision-engineered, push-in Bolt Collars centralise the subframes by cutting out the huge hole tolerances, so perfectly centring the bolt locations every time you refit.
The result? With correct alignment, you’ll keep precise steering, sharper handling and braking responses every time.
By ensuring complete accuracy every time you refit your subframes, you’ll save time and cost by ensuring consistent, hassle-free alignment each time, every time.
With no need for alignments after refitting subframes in future, this really affordable upgrade will likely pay for itself many times over.

RACE-PROVEN FOR YOUR ROAD CAR.
The RacingLine Adjustable Droplinks are an essential upgrade to any lowered or performance car.
WHAT THEY DO.
If you’ve lowered your car, our Adjustable Drop Links are an essential upgrade to zero the pre-load on your anti-roll bar geometry, plus add stiffness and precision by replacing the stock rubber joints with ball joints.
The drop link attaches the front anti roll bar ends to the front damper. The OEM links were made the length they are for a reason - to compliment the standard ride height.
But when you lower ride height, the car will now be pulling your anti roll bar ends up, pushing it out of its operating window, and forcing the link to sit at a sharper angle.
Solid, motorsport-spec ball joint ends mean much more direct response when turning in to corners.
These links were developed for our race cars to allow the anti roll bar to work the way it should. Adjusting the height of droplinks to the equivalent of the lowering amount is a must.
Available in two lengths: 250mm for almost all applications. Or, 200mm length for cars running our TrackSport suspension or any other coilover kit with adjustable sway-bar perch.

By replacing the soft rubber bushing in the factory links with motorsport-spec ball joints, cornering and steering responses are sharpened.
