    Before fitment, please ensure the spacer fits flat to the back of the wheel. Please also test for clearance after fitment at the wheel arch under full right and left wheel lock. These wheel spacers are hubcentric These CNC machined precision alloy wheel spacers are 11mm thick with a 66.5mm bore and dual 5 stud bolt pattern for both 100 and 112mm PCD fitments. The spacers are anodised black to inhibit corrosion and "bonding" to the wheel or hub and are machined with an alloy spiggot to allow centering on the hub. (often called "hubcentric" spacers) The spacers are suitable for most vehicles produced by Volkswagen Group. A 11mm spacer will give an overall track increase of 22mm when fitted to both sides of an axle. These spacers are priced and sold per pair.     As the official and preferred supplier of tuning products to the Mini Challenge, we can now officially release to the public, the Forge adjustable rear tie bars for various Mini models. After many months of rigorous testing on the F56 model we are now confident we have the perfect solution for a vast range of road going Mini’s. We started by adding the means of adjustment, and then added strengthening, especially as the development vehicle was used on the track. Then we had polyurethane bushes made by the industries finest Powerflex. If you ignore the obvious benefits of reducing uneven tyre wear and improving the tyre surface contact area, the ability to adjust the geometry allows the fine tuning that helps produce faster lap times and race winners. Compared to the OEM installation, you find that the tram lining feel disappears and the turn in is far crisper. For fast road use or track enthusiasts this modification is a must. Of course, if you have other modifications on your car this may be the only way to achieve their full potential. Manufactured from the highest quality high tensile steel and with EN16T adjusters. Supplied with custom made dirt ingress covers. Forge Mini tie bars are enhanced with a corrosion resistant powder coating process to ensure the maximum longevity even in the worst environments. Fitted with Powerflex polyurethane bushes which use advanced unique technology. These have the ability to offer high performance without vibration or noise but with exceptionally long life and ideally suited to both road and track. My first impression after holding the stock bar was “how did I ever race with this setup?” The stock tie bars as so flimsy it is hard to explain until you hold them and compare them with the Forge rear bars.The stock setup is light, but that isn’t a good thing. These components take a lot of abuse so they need to be strong. The Forge Adjustable Rear Tie Bars were designed for the Mini UK Challenge cars so they are incredibly strong and “beefy”.The rear tie bars are adjustable with a simple rotation and then locked down with two slip nuts. This allows for fine tuning stance and more importantly, camber. These little adjustments will definitely get all the rubber down on the track.As an added bonus, the bars come installed with race (black) bushings from PowerFlex already installed. To be sure that you have selected the correct bush insert for your vehicle please check the fitment guide below: CNC Machined from a single billet of aluminium alloy. All Forge machined parts go through a rigorous quality control procedure to ensure that they have been made to the highest standard (working to a tolerance of less than 0.1mm). With a hardwearing black anodised finish which protects the part from oxidation to ensure it looks its best for longer.     After looking at the problems associated with the lack of adjustment on the 4 wheel drive vehicles, especially noticeable when the vehicle has been lowered, we decided to look for the best solution. It was about this time that owners were starting to report in Europe that they were experiencing the rear control arms snapping. Rather than looking at an eccentric bush replacement, we decided to re-engineer the rear control arm to what it should have been in the first place. We started by adding the means of adjustment, then added strengthening, especially as we appreciate that many of our customers may be using their vehicles on the track. Then we had polyurethane bushes made because they offer far better characteristics. After many months of rigorous testing we are now confident we have the perfect solution. If you ignore the obvious benefits of reducing uneven tire wear and improving the tire surface contact area, the seat of the pants ride is far better. If you just return the car to the OEM original geometry settings, you find that the tram lining feel disappears and the turn in is far crisper. Of course, if you are willing to experiment with the settings to maximise any other modifications on your car, then this set up is for you. You may be interested to know that the "Le Mans" or "S-lines" that come with the -20mm suspension also benefit from these arms in a big way.     This subframe brace fits between the left and right sections of the front subframe. Vauxhall fit one as standard but it’s not up to the job, being only 2mm thick it can be bent by hand! This brace bar is made from solid 10mm thick stainless steel bar so it will never ever rust. Its re-fitted with the bolts you remove for the stock brace, and fitting is very easy, not even requiring the undertray to be removed. It instantly secures both sides of the subframe to prevent them flexing inwards during hard cornering, and better maintains the wheel alignment. A very simple and worthwhile addition to your Corsa.
