The AIRTEC Motorsport big boost pipe kit is a must for all remapped RS’, everything you need is included in the kit. Features: Hot side (Turbo to Intercooler) is made from 2.5″ light weight alloy and connected with 5 ply silicon hose joiners. Cold side (Intercooler to throttle body) we went for a 1 piece 2.5″ silicon hose, this means you have NO joins and can add to extra flow and increased power. Available with or without dump valve outlet. Will fit With the following Intercoolers AIRTEC Pace Pro-Alloy Forge Ford OEM Direct replacement! no modding required. Our 2.5″ hard pipe upgrade removes Ford’s 2.0″ restrictive boost pipes. We saw gains of 11.8 bhp & 9 lb/ft torque increase’s over the standard Ford pipes and these gains were achieved by simply bolting on the kit. This kit is designed for BIG BHP Focus RS’ and will work best on 375bhp and over, was tested on our 400bhp demo car. All pipes have swaged ends to stop the pipes blowing off on BIG BHP Focus RS’. Fitting takes approx 1 hour. For Focus ST 225 – MUST Be fitted with 2.5″ outlets on intercooler. Stock ST is 2″.Will not fit Focus ST Stage 1/2 intercooler. Will fit focus ST Stage 3 intercooler.

At last, we have now released a full 70mm cold side hose for the Focus RS MK2! This hose will fit either a standard throttle body or an aftermarket uprated 70mm throttle body, expanding up to 70mm though the rest of the hose to then connect to most brands of intercooler with 63mm outlet including the standard OEM intercooler. Please select the option below for the size you require. (Standard Throttle Body size is 63mm) Please Note: This is a Symposer Delete Item Most uprated boost hoses are 2.5 inch (63mm). This boost hose is 70mm through the entire hose allowing faster airflow. Choose from, Green, Black, Blue, White or Red.  Will fit With the following Intercooler’s Airtec Stage 1 & Stage2 Pace Pro-Alloy Forge Mountune Ford OEM Direct replacement! no modding required.
