With huge experience in developing uprated radiators for a variety of modified track and road cars, we chose to create a direct replacement radiator with a larger core to make the most of the space available in the original location.
As a result, our radiator offers a huge capacity increase, thanks to a core that measures 25% bigger than the standard BMW core.
Our lightweight radiator solution also features a tube-and-fin aluminium construction together with welded aluminium end tanks. This design increases the cooling system’s capacity as well as improving its efficiency, allowing it to retain lower running temperatures compared to an original unit during prolonged or hard use. It’s also suited to modified or track orientated vehicles that operate with constant higher temperatures, or for hotter climate countries, where cooling can be an issue.

As part of our expanding Suzuki product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our Swift Sport Boosterjet intercooler upgrade suitable for track or fast road use.
In order to ensure there is no noticeable loss in performance during extended periods of hard driving, we have developed a larger, freer-flowing intercooler that is a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM item.
The original intercooler is wide but shallow and significantly obstructed by the radar sensor and air duct, which are located directly in front of the intercooler core and restricts air flow. We concentrated on using the available space to create a core that fitted bedside the radar sensor but was much deeper. We then utilised the remaining space to produce a freer-flowing end tank design.
The result is a core that’s a huge 80% deeper than the original, offering a massive 88% increase in overall capacity in comparison to the OEM intercooler and there’s also a significant increase in unobstructed frontal area, which allows it to make the most of the air flow provided.
It’s also the only intercooler available on the market that offers 15% larger inlet and outlets, increasing to 60mm from the standard 52mm found on the original intercooler to reduce restriction. The kit is supplied with Pro Hoses silicone pipework, which joins to the OEM boost pipe on the outlet/cold side and replaces the pipework going to the inlet/hot side to further improve flow. We also offer an optional enlarged outlet/cold side pipe kit to match.
Together with our high-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks to ensure flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler offers much greater cooling efficiency and volume over standard.

Direct Replacement FitDesigned to fit both the 2.0-litre ST and 2.3-litre RS models, the manifold is a true direct replacement that utilises all of the original fixtures and fittings, including the standard throttle body and therefore pipework.
There are also provisions to fit either the original plastic engine cover or the AIRTEC Motorsport replacement engine cover, and the design also includes a moulded fixing tab to secure the vacuum line, as per the original.
The comprehensive fitting kit includes a thermal gasket to help reduce heat transfer from the cylinder head, together with all fixtures and fittings, new rubber gaskets as well as detailed installation instructions.
Construction Made from high-quality cast aluminium for increased strength over the original plastic assembly, the manifold is finished in high-quality powder-coated black with a raised AIRTEC Motorsport logo, for a neat OEM+ look to improve the appearance of the engine bay.
The design also offers improved flow compared to the original, which in-turn offers a notable increase in throttle response. Remapping is not necessary after fitting, but for optimal gains there would be a benefit.
A key feature of the manifold is its ability to allow an easy solution for extra fuelling capabilities, thanks to the four port injector bosses and fuel rail fittings. This allows additional fuel to be easily added for big power builds without having to use an inlet manifold port injector spacer. Please note: we do not currently supply a direct fit fuel rail but the option will be available in the future.

By replacing the restrictive secondary catalytic converters located in the mid-pipe section directly after the downpipes, back pressure is reduced, which effectively improves the engine’s breathing by allowing it to expel gases more quickly. This in return means faster throttle response, increased power output and a more aggressive exhaust note.

Following an extensive development process by our in-house design engineer team, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our new rear wing kit for the BMW F22/F23 2-Series/F87 M2, suited to track or fast road use.
Several designs and variations were tried before we settled on this particular design, which has been designed to allow the car’s existing laminar flow to direct clean air under the aerofoil blade to produce a low pressure area, which will increase rear downforce and therefore stability at speed.
The DevelopmentEager to create an unrivalled product in this segment, we began with a 3D scan of the boot lid so we could design a CNC bracket that’s mounting surface followed the gentle curvature of the boot lid. This was to ensure that when the bracket was fully tightened down it would not deform the boot lid, as you see in some cars fitted with these kinds of spoilers. We also chose to mount the bracket in an area that is double skinned for additional rigidity.
After trying other aerofoils, we also chose to develop a new longer aerofoil blade solely for this application.
The DesignWe made the decision early on to create end plates that would also serve as the uprights to mount the spoiler. This clever design allows the entire width of the aerofoil to work more efficiently, as all of the air passing under it is completely undisturbed, which is not possible with centre mounted uprights. The end plates are also adjustable to suit a preferred set up.
Whilst the wing design ensures its as wide as possible to allow as much clean air underneath it, it does not exceed past the car’s width or height dimensions to adhere to Nürburgring Regulations and Motorsport Blue Book Regulations. It’s also been designed to work with the original BMW lip spoiler (not pictured here). The mounting brackets are secured to the boot lid using six M6 bolts and once fitted, the fittings are all hidden from outside view. Please note: this does require drilling to the boot lid.
The kit features laser cut uprights in 3mm steel to ensure rigidity and are finished in a high-quality, satin black powder coat. The comprehensive kit also includes all fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed fitting instructions.

Developed at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’re proud to launch our revised chargecooler kit aimed at modified BMW M2 Competition/M3 & M4 models for track or fast road use.
Our redesign now features the biggest core available on the market, ensuring it offers the best possible performance benefits and resistance to power-reducing heat soak.
The dimensions of the core speak for themselves; boasting a huge 125.6% increase in volume over standard and 45.3% increase in frontal area over standard.
Featuring cast aluminium, freer flowing end tanks with internal deflectors to help improve air flow distribution across the full width of the core, the kit utilises the original top mount location and therefore retains the original boost and coolant connectors.
Finished in a high-quality black powder coat, the kit also comes with all fixtures and fittings required for installation, as well as detailed fitting instructions.
Whilst these design features will benefit any standard or tuned example, these aspects become much more prominent in highly modified vehicles that require vastly improved cooling abilities in order to maintain charge temperatures and perform.
Our chargecooler’s improved cooling efficiency and straightforward fitment makes it an essential modification for all modified BMW M cars fitted with the S55 engine.
